I am new to a lead generation role and this tool has been invaluable on helping obtain details

Currently, i have not come across anything that i do not like about this tool

I am working on a lot of client mapping and research. The information contained within this tool is extensive and up to date and if you have any questions the support teams are quick to respond

If you want a tool that is very thorough in its details, updating the information it stores and is also fast to help if an issue does arise, then i would recommend this tool
I enjoy using IV when researching my accounts.

InsideView Is Great
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create accounts in my CRM easily by bring InsideView data over with a click of a button. This saves a ton of time that can be better spent prospecting and running my sales cycles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information is a little outdated but understandable. It is hard to keep of with organizational attrition. While the data is a little dated, there is still so many contacts that I have been able to find and start reaching out to them. If they are no longer at the organization, I can usually get the right contact at that point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying accounts in my territory that fall within the small and medium business sector. These accounts can be difficult to find due to their size. There is not really one place where I can go to find accounts that are not in my company's CRM. InsideView is a great place to start and run reports. additional problems that I solve with InsideView include trying to find contacts to reach out to at these organizations. many times, the right people to speak with are not listed on the company. This software helps in identifying these contacts. Also getting these accounts and contacts into my CRM can be time consuming. this software allows me to quickly get people into the system so that they can start getting into our marketing engine and my radar to reach out.

in order for your organization to increase sales and your contacts, you need some sort of way to identify your audience and reach out. This software helps to do that efficiently.
Very useful to get an overview, contacts and latest news on accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Insights about prospects within seconds. Great way to get material for initial reachout. Best thing is, it integrates with Salesforce which makes my life much easier.

Contacts not always up to date including emails and phone numbers.

Having to go through numerous pages and spend hours researching into a prospect.

What do you dislike about the product?
When building a list if you click on the details of a company it will take you away from the page and you have to start your list all over again. It can be time consuming to try and find companies in a rural market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The insights on companies is helping me send a targeted sales message to my prospects. After uploading my connections from Linkedin it has helped me to access decision makers that I struggled with before.

The sales team at Insideview is very helpful and answers questions promptly. They are even willing to do a quick video conference to review different aspects. The content helps to fuel your message to your targeted prospects. List building is quick and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access customer information including, financial, news, similar companies, contacts, buzz, contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently integrated through Microsoft Dynamics, it would be nice to integrate into Microsoft Teams as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily gain access to insights related to our customers. For example, breaking news, financial performance over the past few years, customer contact names and titles, the family tree of the company (meaning a visualization of the subsidiaries and other companies owned by the primary company).
Review of InsideView for SugarCRM Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find contacts, tight integration in SugarCRM made finding and recording contacts effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some accounts did not have contact information associated with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline Development. Quickly added numerous new accounts and contacts into Sugar

What do you like best about the product?
I am utilizing InsideView as a lead generation research tool. The amount of information about a company that is provided, makes it a very valuable tool and a huge benefit when I have to research the top 20 companies in a particular industry. It has saved me so much time as I do not have to peruse different websites to find all the company information I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find that the company contact people has not been updated and some of these people are no longer with the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that the News Articles over the last 90 days is one of the best features for my use. It allows me to read what is currently happening with these companies and I am able to construct my introductory emails in a very compelling manner in order to a receive a response from the company.
InsideView does just that - - it provides an inside view of the company you're researching

InsideView is now imbedded within Salesforce for a one-stop-shop experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Industry info can sometimes be too vague/general for the specific company I'm researching

I've been able to view my customer's competitors; I've been able to increase my contacts; I've been able to read industry-specific information; I've been able to look-up contacts social media presence
