Fantastic ABM and Orchestration Platform with ample business use-cases
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and convenient to use as a platform. Easy integration with other services such as existing CRM. Quality services in the orchestration service domain. Focus on zero-waste marketing which improves and increases sales system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as to dislike, overall a quality platform. Not consumed any alternative platform to compare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being one of the leading B2B platform with Cisco system like CWW, challenges regarding B2B marketing and also around orchestration platform which in turn is helpful for future B2B business.

Fantastic use cases for B2B models and orchestrations. Quality support and excellent for integrations.
Engagio is the dealio
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Engagio provides great insight into who is reviewing your materials and which materials are receiving the most engagements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any knocks on the platform. It just works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have seen a direct correlation to outbound efforts and the time spent on our website. I love to see progress!

Engagio is our go-to ABM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Engagio Provides lead-to-account matching which is the best part of the product. All the Salesforce Account is identifies by the Engagio and lead would belong to if it were a contact, and then its lets you either auto-convert or write account level data to the lead. This makes our reporting lot easier. Also, our sales team loves the views Engagio provides into how there account are engaging with our marketing content.It is a fairly new product, Engagio is still changing a lot and I have been really happy with the Engagio development team of the to quickly reviewing the feedback and make changes in the Product. There are many similar product in the market but Engagio is best and ease to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is multiple ways to create the same thing which create the confusion. Sometime it lag in runtimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a better conservation with our sales team we use Engagio to understand the impact our marketing has on our target account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Well Suited for prospecting and to determine who are "Hot Lead" and why. It is great for determining the account cares and filtering by content viewed and come up with a POV accordingly. If you want get best experience please try this Product.
My only and favorite engagement scoring platform
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Engagio is the level of hands-on support I get. Our account manager, Olivia, has been nothing but timely and understanding when fielding my numerous questions or concerns. She has been nothing but a rockstar in helping us launch and maintain the system in tandem with our ABM campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only gripe I had with Engagio was the API with our marketing automation software. However, it is still early on but we have reached a turning point where that no longer is an issue thanks to the persistence of their team in resolving the issue.
Secondly, the system can seem over saturated with data I don't necessarily need. Therefore finding the reports I want can be a bit of a witch hunt.

Lead prioritization. Our sales team can find out which leads are most likely to buy thanks to Engagio's engagement scoring.

Easy access to thousands of company information. SFDC integration isn’t tight

Data accuracy isn’t the greatest. Probably lower than DiscoverOrg or Zoominfo.

Building and creating lists and directly importing people into SFDC

The data is accurate and lets the group interact with more viewpoints. It is very user-friendly so that even a new user can only login and work in just a few minutes. The filters that are available make our job simple and information is readily available with just a quick tap.

The information they have are typically directed to the United States and Great Britain. They also need to concentrate on APAC information with enormous market demand.

InsideView is used for marketing performance and strategic sales. InsideView is a tool that our sales and marketing departments use daily to identify potential decision makers and make meaningful connections with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I have with InsideView is that some of the data is no longer accurate. Calling upon some contacts leads to dead ends.

InsideView allows our team the ability to find buyers in large organizational structures.
Thorough Hard to Find Intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way it finds the official, legal name of an entity, sometimes from just a scrap of the name you are seeking. What I like best is the depth of contats it unearths and oftentimes providing direct phnoe numbers. Also, really like the summary e-mails from across multiple sources summarizing both specific companies you are working with as well as their competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOmetimes the contacts can be outdated, givin you a manager name from someone who left two to three years ago. A simpe LinkedIn update can often provide mroe updated information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FInding decision-makers at all levels, with up-to-date contact information is very helpful. Gives the ability to dig into a new potential client in a matter of minutes. Has provided he foundation to bring in new clients in a fraction of the time building a database from sources across the Internet. It's speed and accuracy are unprecedented, enabling an account manager to bring in literally hundreds of new managers in he course of one usae that would otherwise take weeks to both source and get inputted.

GIve it a test drive with some potential clients with hard to find data from traditional resources. Take a look at what is provided, then evaluate against what you ould have had to find on your own. The time saving aspect is indisputable.

There is nothing to dislike because I am using it from past 2 years

It gives us Salesforce-integrated information (especially annual revenue) at a glance. We use InsideView as the determinant of account classification (large enterprise, mid-market, etc.). The Salesforce integration makes this information readily available.

At times the annual revenue is not posted in an account.

Classifying our accounts is vital to determining which teams receive leads and manage accounts. InsideView enables us to accomplish this.
