Uploading data directly into CRM - worth its weight in gold
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to directly add account and contact information into CRM. It not only saves time, but is one less oppty for typos and human error.
What do you dislike about the product?
their contact listings can be a little light on numbers and in scope of employees. Accuacy of data has improved DRAMATICALLY in the last 3 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saved time entering data into the system and reduced chances for error in entry.
Things have always been positive
What do you like best about the product?
The contacts within each account is key to my searches. Being able to hit targets accuratly helps with every target.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe emails for each contact in the search field would be good also. If we can target contacts both via phone and email that would give us a much bigger success rate I am sure. Keeping each target accounted for via email lets us move that into CRM as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get key contacts and I have benefited from this info when reaching out to the customers. Having the names and titles allows me to easily manuver in an account as I prospect.
It was very helpful for our work as we can search companies' information at ease

It includes brief but complete information of what we are searching for comapnies' data

hope to have DUNS as well so we do not need to look for DUNS on others

InsideView Cleaned Up our Data
What do you like best about the product?
Clean data is always a challenge and it will never be 100%, but InsideView was able to help us to enhance our data to a much cleaner level. By doing so it has helped Marketing and Sales to better communicate with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues I can see is that the Sales Elite is in a separate platform. Other than that I do not have any real issues or concerns regarding the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to enhance our data accuracy, which in turn has helped our Sales, Marketing and Upper Management to better communicate with our customers and to better understand our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall it is a great product. Data will never be 100% clean, but if using this tool we are close to that percentage, which overall helps our company in the long run.
Great tool

I like that it provides a quick picture of the company that you are looking for, especially employee count

Sometimes I will search for a company and it does not come up, or it will show an inaccurate number of employees

Assists me with prospecting companies that are within my "swim lane"
Exceptional Research for Exceptional Work
What do you like best about the product?
InsideViewhas an excellent user interface with a clear layout that allows even the least sophisticated of users to manipulate the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a user standpoint, I love everything about InsideView. The ONLY thing I would want improved is from a customization perspective: I'd like to be able to remove the option to turn an Insights contact as a Lead. This is for our own business processes and doesn't apply to all customers, so I'm sure it's a less common request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
InsideView has allowed us to gain greater visibility of potential key contacts that we'd otherwise have no access to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using InsideView on each of the main record types in Dynamics. The data you get is invaluable.
Research software that actually helps with sales research
What do you like best about the product?
InsideView is extremely easy to use and rapidly returns useful results. I am able to tailor my searches to the exact areas I am trying to target. This improves my sales process and allows me to better utilize my time and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
LinkedIn integration can be difficult with InsideView. InsideView can also be buggy when using it through CRM. The standalone website is a better system to use. It is simpler and better suited for advanced searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
InsideView allows me to follow customers, industries, and trends in one convenient dashboard. I am not searching for multiple websites and news sources for customer information. This has saved me an incredible amount of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The customer service and support at InsideView are top-notch. I have worked with both support and sales and both teams have been excellent to work with.
User-friendly and great resource to use
What do you like best about the product?
InsideView has a user-friendly interface and provides lots of resources in searching leads for your business. The tool provides the following information: Current and past Job Title, Current and Present Organization, LinkedIn Account, and other web-related sources of the person. It also has a special feature wherein you can view the number of people for the organization and the different departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some leads are outdated and missing information. You have to pay additional money in order to access other special features of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become one of our resources in searching for our leads and prospects in building our database. You can easily navigate the tool and find several results for your business.

Decent product, although it could be better
What do you like best about the product?
It did a good job of delivering news and other pertinent articles for companies. Also helping you understand key insights of target companies/employees
What do you dislike about the product?
It is inaccurate and there is a decent amount of irrelevant information, it can be tough to pinpoint what you need specifically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving sales prospecting, although depending on the product you sell it can be very good or not so great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can offer a lot of different insights, so if you need a fair bit of information for the accoutns you are looking to market or sell into its great. If you are targeting specific niches or have a unique product offering (that not very many people can buy) it may fall a little short at being applicable.
ABM Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
UI is good and easy to use. Integration with slaesforce is good. I like that it has automated reporting as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike at this point. We've just started using it and are on the way on learning more about this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to solve various issues. Like for example we've been able to understand what major accounts have engaged with the company and who at those companies. The personalized connections are the key leads and contacts. We then do follow ups.
