InsideView Cleaned Up our Data

What do you like best about the product?
Clean data is always a challenge and it will never be 100%, but InsideView was able to help us to enhance our data to a much cleaner level. By doing so it has helped Marketing and Sales to better communicate with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues I can see is that the Sales Elite is in a separate platform. Other than that I do not have any real issues or concerns regarding the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to enhance our data accuracy, which in turn has helped our Sales, Marketing and Upper Management to better communicate with our customers and to better understand our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall it is a great product. Data will never be 100% clean, but if using this tool we are close to that percentage, which overall helps our company in the long run.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides a quick picture of the company that you are looking for, especially employee count
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I will search for a company and it does not come up, or it will show an inaccurate number of employees

Assists me with prospecting companies that are within my "swim lane"

Exceptional Research for Exceptional Work

What do you like best about the product?
InsideViewhas an excellent user interface with a clear layout that allows even the least sophisticated of users to manipulate the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a user standpoint, I love everything about InsideView. The ONLY thing I would want improved is from a customization perspective: I'd like to be able to remove the option to turn an Insights contact as a Lead. This is for our own business processes and doesn't apply to all customers, so I'm sure it's a less common request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
InsideView has allowed us to gain greater visibility of potential key contacts that we'd otherwise have no access to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using InsideView on each of the main record types in Dynamics. The data you get is invaluable.

Research software that actually helps with sales research

What do you like best about the product?
InsideView is extremely easy to use and rapidly returns useful results. I am able to tailor my searches to the exact areas I am trying to target. This improves my sales process and allows me to better utilize my time and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
LinkedIn integration can be difficult with InsideView. InsideView can also be buggy when using it through CRM. The standalone website is a better system to use. It is simpler and better suited for advanced searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
InsideView allows me to follow customers, industries, and trends in one convenient dashboard. I am not searching for multiple websites and news sources for customer information. This has saved me an incredible amount of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The customer service and support at InsideView are top-notch. I have worked with both support and sales and both teams have been excellent to work with.

User-friendly and great resource to use

What do you like best about the product?
InsideView has a user-friendly interface and provides lots of resources in searching leads for your business. The tool provides the following information: Current and past Job Title, Current and Present Organization, LinkedIn Account, and other web-related sources of the person. It also has a special feature wherein you can view the number of people for the organization and the different departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some leads are outdated and missing information. You have to pay additional money in order to access other special features of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become one of our resources in searching for our leads and prospects in building our database. You can easily navigate the tool and find several results for your business.

Great resource for your business use.

What do you like best about the product?
It did a good job of delivering news and other pertinent articles for companies. Also helping you understand key insights of target companies/employees
What do you dislike about the product?
It is inaccurate and there is a decent amount of irrelevant information, it can be tough to pinpoint what you need specifically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving sales prospecting, although depending on the product you sell it can be very good or not so great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can offer a lot of different insights, so if you need a fair bit of information for the accoutns you are looking to market or sell into its great. If you are targeting specific niches or have a unique product offering (that not very many people can buy) it may fall a little short at being applicable.

What do you like best about the product?
UI is good and easy to use. Integration with slaesforce is good. I like that it has automated reporting as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike at this point. We've just started using it and are on the way on learning more about this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to solve various issues. Like for example we've been able to understand what major accounts have engaged with the company and who at those companies. The personalized connections are the key leads and contacts. We then do follow ups.

Centralized Intelligence for sales account base visibility

What do you like best about the product?
Engagio provides you with a prioritized view of which contacts in your account base have the most activity and what they are interested in. There is a nice dashboard that gives you a quick look at who's doing what and what they are looking at. You can create your own views to get even more granular and detail specific per contact and account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the dashboard graphs are not necessary or useful, just another way to show you information. Also sometimes you might find something interesting that you want to click on to view more information but there is no way for you to click into the graphic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part of using engagio is it help me prioritize my outreach to customers and prospects. It can take a lot of the guesswork out of comming up with a pointed and targeted message to use. You know what the specific contact is interested in and what is top of mind before you contact them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out! This tool will provide you with such great information and insights into what your customers and prospects are interested in.

Engage gives great digital insights

What do you like best about the product?
I value the insights Engagio an give us in real time. Which accounts are actively in the digital landscape and where can we engage them to make an impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, it would be great to have more insights to the origin of the digital signal. Wish we could drill down further to see "who" is looking at "what' and "when".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to capture greater view into the prospects that are actively researching solutions in the industry of UCaaS.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look to include the whole target acct market and capture as many signals as possible.

A tool that provides a true holistic view into your account engagement

What do you like best about the product?
Engagio helps our marketing and sales teams to gain valuable insights into account activity and engagement. When sales teams need to know what accounts to go after next, the insights that Engagio generates helps them to decide which accounts and already warmed up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time delay of sync between Engagio and Salesforce - currently there is only a nightly sync that pushes all updates. However, from my understanding Engagio is overhauling this and creating a faster sync that will keep data fresh throughout the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Engagio we as a Marketing team would have no visibility into how we are impacting accounts and how they are responding to our marketing efforts. Engagio is a tool that has helped us strengthen the bond between Marketing and Sales by opening new channels of dialogue that is backed up with data and insights that people can trust. We can see which accounts are surging with engagement and pass those over to sales team to strike while the iron is hot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Engagio is a flexible platform that is built in a way to allow companies to set up their instance in a way that makes sense to their business. Other tools that I have evaluated were not as easy and compatible to aligning with our complicate systems.

The team at Engagio is also amazingly supportive, everyone we talk to and work with is dedicated to making sure your company is successful with the tool.
