Provide quick overview and insights on a company
What do you like best about the product?
InsideView covers all business aspects which helps in knowing the customer and their business & strategy quickly. It covers companies globally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. I do not get the downloadable version but that's because I do not have the required access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
InsideView helped me to understand and to our customer and prospects. It provide some good information in a concise manner.

The Price is very high for the info we got. Would be great if there were smaller plans available

it integrated with my CRM and I could add contacts directly there.
Also that I provided company memos and other initiatives. The system is very straightforward and not so complex that building it to fit your team is pretty easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
The information that was provided was not always accurate. The contact was not always working there or the email was not always correct. Sometimes there was not always a phone number on file. The phone number on the account was the main office line and not their direct line, the insights and articles which it generates aren't very relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to see what a company is working on and be able to tailor my message to fit their need. It helped me find the names of the contacts that I needed to speak to. If they were not there I would at least have the right the department.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it easier to integrate with other subsystems - Any updates you get from other companies please update our own system.
Best Application Ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Insideview is my go to application! I find some of the most accurate contact information with Insideview. When i need a contact I know i find one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to say i dislike Insideview for the fact i been using it for so long. I dont have any negatives to say. I love how Insideview is always enhancing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find contacts needed to do my every day tasks. If i need company information I use Insideview.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can incorporate the tool into my CRM. I appreciate that I can find out events, contacts, etc in InsideView which means a better relationship with my clients. It was easy to incorporate InsideView into Salesforce. This was critically important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is only as good (contacts) as folks updating while they work in the system. I would like to see additional data, contacts, history, current events and more. I really haven't been using this long enough to see what I "dislike".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to have dialog with my clients letting the know that they are important. The more that I know about what's going on in the industry and with my clients the more I can drive sales for my organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool, great price, must have! I would definitely recommend using this tool for your sales and marketing efforts. I am much more informed on what's going on with my accounts. I would continue to make sure that all data is incorporated into the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest thing that we have gotten from using InsideView it the ability to build a list of prospects based on industry and geography for us to focus our outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is not so much with InsideView, but data providers in general. When you deal with private companies, there is just not as much available

The problem we are solving is that we are able to point our reps in the right direction and give them a place to start
Easy to use and very effective for prospecting

Insideview was very easy to use and allowed me to get the prospects I need in my territory. Any I was able to get up to 70% more prospects that other leading prospecting, lead gen tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I did not like other than our company had another toolset in place connected to SaleForce and would not add another. So I run this without integration.l
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to easily generate prospect lists that I could export and import into Yesware for email campaigns - that is really what I used Insideview for.
An indispensable tool at your fingertips.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a software that facilitates the management related to sales, unquestionably improves the profits of the company by 100%, its specific functionality greatly speeds up the management, the truth is that I do not know what would be of the sales department without this tool. It is also easy to use and has excellent customer service, compared to other platforms. I love using InsideView.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain situations in which searches are not as accurate as required, because there are companies that are not available and some of the information is not updated, but they are not really such serious failures, even so their management remains completely optimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Power customers Our sales team uses InsideViews to be able to locate and maintain potential customers, allows you to search for new accounts and obtain accurate information about specific companies, whether their income, the hierarchy they own, among others, are data that automatically become the base used to perform the segmentation corresponding to the target and the planning of strategies that would be customized, thus allowing the positive impact on the market. His way of optimizing management and generating income is incredible.

It is definitely the tool that your company needs for the correct development of sales, dare to get out of the routine and experience an experience that will increase your profits without any doubt, Marketing and Market segmentation will no longer be a serious problem.
Solid intel with useful tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to get the contacts out of I.V. and into SF.com

Setting up some of the tools takes a decent amount of time/effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing when people are looking at our company's website, finding the right contacts, having timely insights.
Excellent Business Development Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use InsideView on a fairly regular basis for gathering client and prospect information and learning more about the organizations that my sales teams are pursuing. It is so easy to use, and provides all of the information that I need in one place so I don't have to spend hours online trying to hunt down client/company intel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have recently started finding that some of the SIC codes are a bit off, which is a pain, since that is how my company tends to classify clients for internal business development and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using InsideView, we are able to obtain up to date client and company information all in a single location. It has saved my team tons of time because we are no longer checking multiple sources and endlessly googling.
