Excellent Business Development Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use InsideView on a fairly regular basis for gathering client and prospect information and learning more about the organizations that my sales teams are pursuing. It is so easy to use, and provides all of the information that I need in one place so I don't have to spend hours online trying to hunt down client/company intel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have recently started finding that some of the SIC codes are a bit off, which is a pain, since that is how my company tends to classify clients for internal business development and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using InsideView, we are able to obtain up to date client and company information all in a single location. It has saved my team tons of time because we are no longer checking multiple sources and endlessly googling.
Great for NA and EU market and lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to search by applying filters to get the most precise list
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, Except I think due to GDPR some EU profiles are not obtainable. No way to get leads for China and south East Asian customers

Lead generation and targeting customers for specific solutions
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Enhance asian focus and also include automatic email verification system

What do you like best about the product?
We've always found InsideView helpful and handy. Specially for Marketing and Sales dept, this is a power pack.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes, but would appreciate if structured company profile is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps find contacts and profiles easily. That saves lot of time and honestly reduces effort.
One Source of Information for All
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone has access to the same company information, so our records become more consistent & accurate. We are also able to pull the information from Inside View into our CRM records, making them more accurate as well. The information on people is really rich, and often provides better information than other resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tabs along the top opened w/in the first page vs. having to open a whole new browser window. I know there is more functionality available - and I just haven't had the time to dig into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inconsistent information -- we had people (for example) when assigning leads each using different information sources to make a decision. Now everyone has the same information, right at their fingertips. People don't doubt decisions, or at least better understand the decision that was made.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this is a terrific resource that is right in the record, where the sales reps are looking. They won't turn to Google and find some random information, instead, everyone has access to the same information. You can easily sync specific fields so that your account records have better, more robust & accurate information.
Great support
What do you like best about the product?
The InsideView account team and support team provides excellent service. They are responsive, flexible and close the loop on open requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some data gaps on some mid-sized businesses, but those gaps do get filled over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have enabled our sales people to research prospect companies right in our CRM system.
Positive tool that gives you insight into companies
What do you like best about the product?
You are able to do research on companies and find information that allows myself, as a sales person, to improve my prospecting techniques

Sometimes the information is not fully up-to-date

I find that it allows me to work more efficiently and identify better opportunities
Great tool for your CRM system and great support team!
What do you like best about the product?
Insights by InsideView is an amazing tool to integrate with Dynamics CRM. It brigs a lot of value to our sales team and has definitely helped with user adoption! If there are any issues, the support team is very helpful and quick to reply. As I understand it, they are actual employees of InsideView so they have more of a vested interest in doing a good job!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am racking my brain - I guess the only think I can come up with is that I wish LinkedIn was integrated so users could connect LinkedIn with InsideView once and it would stay up to date. I understand the reasoning and it is not that big of a deal, but that is the only negative I could come up with!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a holistic picture of our client and saves the sales team a lot of time. They don't have to go to 5-6 different places to do research before visiting a client, it is all right on the client record inside of CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the account overview and press releases very helpful when trying to dissect a company. I also like how there are contacts inputted into the system and you can export them into your contact list.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is the ability to have more contacts to export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding more value in press releases and also some contact I cannot find they are there.

It is a great tool when looking through a company so highly recommended.

Contact info and be lacking at times. Outside of that I am happy with the platform
