Powerful ABM Account Insights Hub
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see everything that is happening in an account across all sales and marketing platforms. The analytics far outweigh anything we could capture in salesforce or marketo on their own. Our reps rely on the weekly emails on account insights and intent data. This is the key way that keep Engagio top of mind for them and ensures it's part of their workflow. The SFDC dashboards on accounts is especially valuable and ensure reps have that full view of engagement from the platform they live in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is far more expensive than something like Marketo Insights, but your insights are better. It can be difficult for reps to drill down to the detailed data because it requires hovering and really knowing the backend platform pretty well to navigate it. The UI for reps could be more simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing impact and attribution. Giving sales better account information on marketing program engagement and potential opportunities to engage.

The data helps me identify who I can follow-up with and use my time efficiently.

Can't think of anything that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was having a hard time knowing what my customers were interested in. However, Engagio data has armed me with that knowledge and allowed me to have more targeted conversations with my customers and bring them more value.

I love that you can update contacts, companies, find similar accounts and pull in prospects

Some of the information is not up to date (people, etc..)

What do you like best about the product?
This product has a lot more to enhance my marketing outcomes in order to make it more proper and distinctive as well. Basically it helps me to integrate data and also further facilitates insights into different organizations other useful applications of my interest. Moreover, I can now easily perform my routine tasks easily and with more effectiveness. Mostly this product collects data from millions of companies in order to contact records and also this data is considered accurate due to it’s reliability of sources through which it was gained.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to care about in this application because it has utmost solutions for my marketing procedures. Also, it helps me to make effective marketing campaigns that are necessary for my business growth and development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me multiple services to sort out my sales, marketing and different other business needs and demands with a great insight and useful outcomes. Apart from this it helps me in accelerating my sales , revenue and also supports me in managing data to a greater extent.

This particular product has so many advantages that are necessary for any marketing campaign and also to enhance the productivity of work. Moreover, this application has enough useful features to increase my sales outcomes and also to make my contacts even stronger.

What do you like best about the product?
The up-to-date news for our accounts is invaluable, especially pertaining to role changes, mergers and acquisitions, and community efforts. The way InsideView Insights' news items are categorized make it quick and simple to peruse the daily newsletter for updates pertinent to our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The InsideView Insights lists international data points that are not as useful for our organization. It is also unclear whether there would be additional news for more accounts in the newsletter we receive daily; and if the organizational news we receive is based primarily on links clicked previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to target new contacts and utilize talking points in our sales and marketing efforts due to the information we receive daily from InsideView Insights, as well as the embedded data within our CRM.
InsideView is one of my most comprehensive & trusted sources for corporate information.
What do you like best about the product?
Contact data, personnel and news tabs are always up-to-date and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have trouble if the company name is "A & B" vs "A&B" vs "A and B" or "F.D. Roosevelt" vs "F. D. Roosevelt".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick summary of companies I am reviewing so I can pre-qualify them in a heartbeat - real time-saver!

Get it and you won't regret it! It makes interactive search & creating market area lists easy as 1-2-3!
Excellent Source for relevant executive insights that are timely, current and valuable for strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the executive search capabilities, by function and the company overview reports and the links to current develops that are available. It quickly allows me to capture a snapshot of the organization and I'm able to obtain confidence in the data that is provided, in that it is accurate and meaningful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not applicable. I source the data daily for my strategy development efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'd like to run and pdf company snapshots to share with my team for account development and planning activities. We also use the list to update our outdated executive contact information/details and discover more executives to reach out to.

What do you like best about the product?
InsideView covers all business aspects which helps in knowing the customer and their business & strategy quickly. It covers companies globally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. I do not get the downloadable version but that's because I do not have the required access.

InsideView helped me to understand and to our customer and prospects. It provide some good information in a concise manner.

The Price is very high for the info we got. Would be great if there were smaller plans available

it integrated with my CRM and I could add contacts directly there.
Also that I provided company memos and other initiatives. The system is very straightforward and not so complex that building it to fit your team is pretty easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
The information that was provided was not always accurate. The contact was not always working there or the email was not always correct. Sometimes there was not always a phone number on file. The phone number on the account was the main office line and not their direct line, the insights and articles which it generates aren't very relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to see what a company is working on and be able to tailor my message to fit their need. It helped me find the names of the contacts that I needed to speak to. If they were not there I would at least have the right the department.

Make it easier to integrate with other subsystems - Any updates you get from other companies please update our own system.
