Great Reach; Needs More Proactive Account Management
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is effective in reaching my target accounts and giving insight into account engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like Demanbase to have better reach outside of the US and would like more *proactive* account management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating ad impression waste on viewers not a part of our target account list; Gives marketing and sales great insight into account engagement and nurture program.

What do you like best about the product?
The demandbase solution is easy to use and understand while the support during technical integration was top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found sum bugs in the analytic results, while I appreciate the simple analytic display I also require a thorough access to the underlying data so that I can use the information in a variety of ways.

Data and Orchestration in One Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is a great complement to our martech stack because it allows us to hone our efforts when we target accounts and prospects that are not yet known to us. While programs like Marketo are great for targeting our database, Demandbase helps us grow our database by reaching the accounts we have yet to engage with--without the waste of spray and pray. Demandbase also helps us decide which accounts to focus our efforts on based on our ICP and prospect intent signals.
Demandbase has an excellent platform certification program that helps customers learn how to navigate and manipulate the platform. It can be completed in a day and is thorough without being overwhelming.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the solutions Demandbase offers are not entirely self-service. You need to build in a few business days to allow their team to launch things like ads or personalized web experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better segment our messaging by using Demandbase's website personalization tools. This helps us speak to different prospects who may have different needs and interests for our products.

What do you like best about the product?
The data is way better than any other data service I've used in the past. Working in the sales industry has been so difficult especially when you don't much resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, everything is fine. I have been using InsideView for almost a year and have not had any problem, so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to a possible customer is difficult but InsideView has made it easier because of their data.

It's very easy to use. The website is user friendly so you'll never struggle in finding the data that you need.

The search results sometimes are not updated.

It helps me find the right contact to call from one company. This allows a greater chance to close a sales as I work in the sales industry.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall platform is amazing. I am constantly prospecting, and InsideView is my main tool. I can find contacts, emails, phone numbers, which is a must. On the plus side, the details are amazing. I can see the size of a company, specific financials, and so much more. I can't imagine doing my job without this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a few issues with the accuracy of the data, but it is better than anything else I have used. Some examples of this would be: phone numbers, emails, and prospect jobs. Phone numbers are most of the time correct. Emails could definitely improve, as I know there are separate services out there that specialize in this. I sometimes crosscheck with LinkedIn and I see that certain employees left the company 3-6 months ago, but are still in InsideView.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding a ton of people that I cannot find on any other platform. Emails can be more accurate than the emails on other platforms that specialize in finding emails.
Accurate and Convenient Sales Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Our company recently made the change to InsideView, and my research time has been cut in half due to the streamline, convenient, and efficient platform of InsideView.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Absolutely fantastic. It is so easy and user friendly.

I am able to not only generate accurate, meaningful lists, I am also able to complete my research with accurate and relevant information.

What do you like best about the product?
In InsideView I find accurate data with all the details required very easily. The company size with Industry details is best to match with the accurate revenue size.

With Insideview I didn't find any problems. Just one thing that would be great if the interface is a little bit fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With InsideView I can reach the perfect prospects easily to build up my business. I'm very reliant on InsideView for business purposes.

The ability to sync account and contacts

phone number formatting when syncing - it would be nice to define a mask so that phone numbers can be imported in a specific format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data entry for new accounts and contacts is simplified.
Utilizing InsideView helps my company gain market share by gaining customer insights.

The most helpful is the contact info and recent news. The competitor analysis is also a major key to success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the least helpful for me is the watchlist feature. Not because it is not intuitive, but because it is something that doesn't help me in my pursuit for gaining sales. I could see it being useful for market traders, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems, always runs smooth. Benefits I have realized are gaining contact info, more specifically email format to contact others that they may not have listed.
