Starting the demandbase journey for the client side of the business
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using MQLs for years and we have seen a lot of success in moving to MQAs. In Client it has been particularly useful in identifying the products which they may be looking to purchase as an add on, or identifying the competitors which they may be looking at.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation was quite long and involved a lot of time commitment to get it up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to identify the accounts which are engaging the most with our content and not just individuals. We have seen a huge difference in ROI and pipeline.

Demandbase is a great ABM tool
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Demandbase for the analytics tool for some time - mostly as a way of tracking which accounts have been engaging with our content on our website. It's a fantastic tool to help us identify which of our accounts have been visiting our website during our social media campaigns and also which accounts have been 'uplifted' which enables us to focus our marketing efforts on those accounts which have greater intent.
We recently started using the advertising module as well with a podcast that the firm has produced so I'm excited to see the results.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I find the user experience great and we have great account managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to identify which of our key clients are most engaging with our brand and which pages on the website (thought leadership, service pages etc) they are most engaging with.

Really supportive team, that helped us roll out our new podcast. Assisting with campaign roll out and specific targeting and regular updates.

Nothing so far, there is a lot of information that I still need to get through at try different components of demandbase

Reporting metrics are great and especially that they are automated.

Inability to send scheduled reports and sometimes data hygiene issues

getting a list of domains and/or people for us to target

Deep insights into company engagement seamlessly linked to multiple sales and marketing platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be better at bringing the right information to end users, especially sales with low adoption of the platform. AI features appear to be addressing this however

Wasted resources on targeting the wrong accounts and the wrong time. Platform is being used as the basis to drive account based GTM approach in the business

Sometimes it can be slow to use and you do need training to be able to use the platform.
