Great Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
We're using Engagio a little outside the box. It's been incredibly useful driving our drip campaigns and measuring their success rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to us using it slightly outside the norm there are a few things we'd like to tweak about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it to measure traction across various campaigns

It's a great tool. We're having a lot of success using it outside the norm.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Engagio is the extreme detail it goes into to inform and educate the user on behalf of the information it gathers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worse thing about the platform is the sheer amount of data available can be overwhelming to the user and difficult to pinpoint which information is the most important. Sometimes there seems to be contradicting results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because I work with so many large accounts, it can be time-consuming to individually pinpoint who has the most engagement with our content and resources, thus leading to the most valuable conversations. Engagio does the work for me that allows me to focus on what's most important.

Use it to the fullest capabilities to see the highest return!

It helps to see who is actually viewing and using the content that I send to them

you can search specific accounts to see who has engaged over a 12-18 month span! Great for putting together point of views on accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
it logs me out frequently so I have to log back in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead flow within accounts versus lead by lead basis. Love that you can get a gage on what a specific company cares about to tailor that to your outreach.

Easy to see activity for customers and prospects so you reach out to people at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing, I can't think of anything missing or any recommendations for a feature enhancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking engagements - you can email and call all day long but without this tool I can't see what content someone is engaging in. I've been able to revive old opportunities just by reaching out in regards to Engagio tracking.

I love the chart integration on Salesforce...It's really powerful to know the momentum of engagement that an account has over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
This could just be a routing error on our part, but sometimes engagio alerts do not always go to the appropriate person. We'll occasionally have to forward alerts to each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Engagio we are doing a much better job at identifying 'hot' accounts, and reaching out to them in a timely manner.

They will do a great job at working with you to make sure the platform works for your company's specific needs, and that level of customization is both very rare and very valuable for us. Thank you!!
Valuable tool for launching ABM
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer, Engagio ABM Platform helps us make recommendations to sales on what accounts they should focus on. It also helps us measure our success in ABM programs we are running. We can see changes in engagement throughout time and the impact of targeted campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
More trining materials would be helpful to teach sales to use the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we are solving with Engagio ABM Platform is visibility in to how successful out ABM programs are and determining where we are lacking. It helps us identify the "low hanging fruit" to see which accounts are interacting with us the most and it also helps us identify the accounts that have minimal engagement. When looking at the accounts that Account Executives are marking at "Target Accounts" and we see that there is low engagement, we can brainstorm how to engage those accounts with using different tactics.

Clean and concise, easy to digest information that allows me to prospect effectively

I really don't have any complaints as I love that I am able to see how people are engaging and morph that into data that matters most to me.
