Senior Account Director Keeping Tabs
What do you like best about the product?
Easy dashboard shows me activity associated to the accounts I manage all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found many downsides to using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to stay on top of client interaction and interest in new products or services.
I thing that Engagio does a great job in making my job more effective and easy.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the fact that it is accurately showing me what information I am looking for. It is also very easy to use and operate which makes keeping up with information very simple. I need this platform in order to track those that are looking at our website and effectively contacting prospects. Also, this software allowed me to communicate with my marketing team on different strategies for future outreaches which increases our collaboration as a single unit in the sales department.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that sometimes I can't accurately find the person because they are listed as anonymous. If there was a way to connect new people's engagement then it would be great. I would also like more ways of producing stats on the progression of engagement to show trends in other or newer markets that are currently showing trends in different prospecting methods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has cut my prospecting time by nearly 50%. I think it gives me more time to do other things and utilize my skills in other areas instead of being unfocused and spread thin. It give me more prospective when assessing candidates as a BDR which makes my job easier. I feel more confident that I am using warmer leads to track future clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give the opportunity for more information beside time and web page engagement. Maybe factor in other levels of engagement that reveal more information.

Engagio is very user friendly. It is effective in reaching greatly important info for marketing to your specific clients.

Engagio has no downsides. I have yet to find anything to change

What do you like best about the product?
We take an account based approach, so its very helpful to have one dashboard to show me which of my accounts are engaging with the content I am sending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we get a lot of emails from engagio - but that can be limited by our systems admin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can speak more to the benefits - having a good view on exactly who is engaging with our content gives me the ability to really focus in on prospects that already have an idea, this has increased my success ratio for my KPIs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely evaluate all of the options on the market and see which one works best for you. Engagio can fill a lot of gaps and its rather easy to use.
It has been useful in certain situations, but can be hard to navigate.

I like getting the daily emails with my actual account list and users on it to see who has been most active.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to navigate and see what someone is doing exactly on the site if they are not already a contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem we are solving is to tell how active an account is with our organization and who the best contacts to reach out to might be.
Engagio
What do you like best about the product?
Organized leads and website activity. Great way to track who is viewing your information and who is most engaged in your product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be repetitive with information. Other than that its a great tool

NO problems that I can think of as of now. Great tool, I really like it

What do you like best about the product?
It shows all of my accounts in a easy to view format - and how they are engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning how to use it. There is a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see exactly what my accounts are engaged- emails, website, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend setting up custom emails that show your most engaged accounts. I would also set up dashboards in the app so that it is more easily viewed. Also I would make sure that everyone does the training - not just the administrator.
Engagio gives me reliable insights for my prospects
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see the number of minutes that a prospect has engaged with a particular resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of different charts / graphs available but I don't understand some of them so it would be nice to have someone create a customized dashboard for you based on what you care about
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use other tools for engagement insights but they don't capture the same granularity as Engagio does. So I use Engagio as a complementary tool. It also seems to capture prospects that my other tools don't.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a lot of really good information available so I would suggest setting up time with the engagio account manager prior to digging into the platform to make sure you're getting the most out of it.
