Amazing experience
What do you like best about the product?
It is great platform to develop a list of those who might be our future clients. This helped me a lot and a good option to export the files. The overall experience and UI of the website is really appealing and help yourself to get the best out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Employees within the organisation are not up to date. There are not much options which I have tried yet but for now the only thing is the data privacy of few companies.

Custom scoring above and beyond marketo can include sales activities and even get visibility to anonymous views of accounts in SFDC

I enjoy almost everything. I wish i could customize the stages beyond open opportunity, perhaps include customer and advocate

Visibility across all activity, identifying target accounts with interest even if they haven't filled a form, additional engagement scoring, engagement reporting, and even metrics about attribution across segments

Not always easy to Create the custom views you would like from a non admin user standpoint

I like the metrics for engagement with prospects.

The graphs help for visualization and the platform is easy to use.

Sometimes the navigation from page to page can get a bit confusing.

We are able to see who is engaging with our content. It's great to understand what content is working.
Great for ABM
What do you like best about the product?
Engagio is relatively easy to use and helpful to see at a high level (and drill down to other levels) your engagement and success at an account level for ABM. It makes it easier for sales and marketing to stay aligned in account communication to target accounts. It also allows for ABM-focused analytics in Salesforce, which is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the best for multi-touch campaign analysis or metrics. More training materials and support from Engagio would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aligning the communication to target accounts for both sales and marketing. Helpful for dealing with our very large accounts and long sales cycles.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize value points per trigger activity. (Recently found out about this)
What do you dislike about the product?
From implementation to now, we had no idea that the value of points could be customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
The installation process was very well-documented and easy to complete. Would highly recommend.

We had some trouble integrating with the Salesforce sandbox, but the production install went flawlessly.

Engagio - Great concept, needs some more work
What do you like best about the product?
You have to dig to find information on the platform, but the information is really helpful. We've found prospects that were on our website that we had never thought to target before that turned into opportunities. It's great to see who's on the website and what exactly they're looking at - makes your talk track that much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very user friendly. It's hard to navigate and understand some of the information, causing me to give up easily when I do know there's valuable info on there.

Lack of visibility into potential targets and how to leverage a personalized talk track.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I struggle with with Engagio is that you have multiple way of doing the same thing. This causes a lot of confusion when different people are working with the tool because there is not a consistent way to do something.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of my main recommendations would be to consider the time that Engagio will save your Mktg and Sales teams. The time savings will come in the form of seeing all of the leads in one place via L2A as well as all of the interactions/engagement that a contact and/or lead is having within an account.
One thing that we love is that we see Website, Salesforce, Email, call and meeting information all within a single pane of glass within Engagio so that our reps have once place to go.

Great experience using Engagio
What do you like best about the product?
Engagio helps me engage with prospects at the right time with the right message. It allows me to interact with different stakeholders in the organization with content that is relevant to their specific use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point I haven't had too many problems with Engagio. The functionality and UI of the platform is very intuitive and allows for instant action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of the times I have multiple contacts in an org that are interacting with our content/website but I may have never spoken with them before. Engagio allows me to understand who these individuals are and bring them into the conversation. This is something I have not been able to do with other softwares.
