Great tool for ABM and Enterprise Sales Orgs

What do you like best about the product?
Strong insight into Domains trafficking your website. Especially if you have multiple products or a broken out website, you can quickly ascertain what these companies are researching in to - or if your outbound messaging is resonating and what type of research behavior it drove.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to identify users better. Currently, they need to open a marketo email - but I find those often go to spam due to mass-email policies at companies. If I was able to custom create a link for an individual for 1:1 outbound email, then have that user tagged so we can identify what they were interested in on-site - that'd be HUGE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to refine my outbound focus, and identify customers that are in-market, or about to be in-market for our solutions.

Using Engagio to track lead activity

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Engagio is that it integrates directly into Salesforce. The ability to quickly view when leads and prospects are engaging with content from the company website or emails being sent. Engagio quantifies it and create easy to understand visuals that can alert you to active leads in order to better prioritize our sales activities!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I dislike is that minutes tracked and counted include emails that may have got deleted 5 seconds after opening as well as it tracks and includes the time spent unsubscribing from communications. These things cloud the true engagement and has to be scrutinized carefully so that we aren't mislead by a high volume of unsubscribers as active and engaged leads/prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That biggest benefit is to help us prioritize accounts that are actively learning and seeking our solution

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Engageio helps me find the person that hasn’t been engaged with our website the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike how long it takes to load reports. I get it - a lot of data however it’s almost unacceptable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of being able to find the right and most relevant stakeholders.

Biggest benefit from this is quality messaging and much shorter deal cycles.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your team is looking to break into some strategic accounts, Engageio helps you target the right and “engaged” folks which ends up saving a lot time when shooting some outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that Engagio's ability to give insight into what accounts are looking at our content gives me a leg up in prospecting

Sometimes it is hard to understand what is being viewed and by who. I understand that they want anonymity but some better labeling/granularity of content would be nice

Helps me prioritize accounts and organize my outreach processes

Make sure to utilize not only your own views, but the views of the reps you support and the territory in general.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, and seeing how contacts are interacting with the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gets a little dry, movement can seem stale and metrics for engagement seem to overlap a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps cold-calling efforts to see who is engaged and it is information i can leverage while calling new contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Engagio ABM platform lets us know most busy accounts looking for our platform. It helps us to locate what our targetted accounts are searching for and helps us to strategize our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It only gives account level overview, however, if we could get a contact level overview we can segment our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?

So far, I haven't found many downsides to using the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the fact that it is accurately showing me what information I am looking for. It is also very easy to use and operate which makes keeping up with information very simple. I need this platform in order to track those that are looking at our website and effectively contacting prospects. Also, this software allowed me to communicate with my marketing team on different strategies for future outreaches which increases our collaboration as a single unit in the sales department.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that sometimes I can't accurately find the person because they are listed as anonymous. If there was a way to connect new people's engagement then it would be great. I would also like more ways of producing stats on the progression of engagement to show trends in other or newer markets that are currently showing trends in different prospecting methods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has cut my prospecting time by nearly 50%. I think it gives me more time to do other things and utilize my skills in other areas instead of being unfocused and spread thin. It give me more prospective when assessing candidates as a BDR which makes my job easier. I feel more confident that I am using warmer leads to track future clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give the opportunity for more information beside time and web page engagement. Maybe factor in other levels of engagement that reveal more information.

What do you like best about the product?
We take an account based approach, so its very helpful to have one dashboard to show me which of my accounts are engaging with the content I am sending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we get a lot of emails from engagio - but that can be limited by our systems admin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can speak more to the benefits - having a good view on exactly who is engaging with our content gives me the ability to really focus in on prospects that already have an idea, this has increased my success ratio for my KPIs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely evaluate all of the options on the market and see which one works best for you. Engagio can fill a lot of gaps and its rather easy to use.
