What do you like best about the product?
Easily understand how engaged your prospects are, and what content is being viewed
What do you dislike about the product?
As a rep, I find it difficult to understand what's really happening and how healthy/impactful the engagement is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagio was brought on as a way to help marketing understand the impact their efforts are having on top prospects, as well as help reps identify engaged accounts that they should be focusing on.

What do you like best about the product?
Engagio helps you weigh your prospects better to leverage the "Pareto Law" mentality within sales operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could create custom reports where I can choose certain prospects for Engagio to update me on regularly vs others. Maybe the capability is there and I couldn't figure it out, in which case, I wish it was more apparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I innovate sales and marketing operations, so it helps my reps to be more effective and efficient with their sales funnel processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having a platform that gives me relevant leads and allows me to set up my prospecting quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that some of the data is not accurate with my SF

It gives me better leads faster which allows me to build more pipeline and close more business.

What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful with automation to see which accounts to prioritize to get into from a business development perspective. The team uses this to target accounts each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's reactive rather than proactive and only shows surging accounts after you have already reached out to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team uses this to accelerate getting into the right accounts from a business development perspective which is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The lead-to-account matching is such a great tool for SalesForce users. It is something that was totally impossible before and this a great workaround. Helps with both reporting and creating new leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Engagio is missing some features as it is a relatively new software - would be great if even more information was able to be accessed via the SalesForce module, as this is the go-to for our reps rather than entering the actual program, which can be somewhat complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see deeply into which accounts are engaging with our brand at a level we have never been able to before - this gives us new avenues into utilizing these insights. Benefits-wise, Engagio is useful on both the Sales and Marketing-side, and helps the two departments meet come to similar conclusions on accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn as much as you can from your CSM and don't be afraid to ask questions. the more features you can learn about, the better.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Engagio is how it keeps you accountable every step of the way. Most notable their emails catch me up to speed on my accounts quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to get the hang of it, but the sales force integration was extremely helpful in mitigating the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagio has helped me become a more informed and efficient producer.

What do you like best about the product?
An an early adopter of ABM I think reporting is slowly becoming my favorite part of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The missing opportunity on pausing-playing different plays to accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We never really measured engagement as a core metric for the revenue team until we changed our internal processes and of bought the tool, so that is a huge improvement for us internally!

What do you like best about the product?
Engagio has allowed me to discover leads days in advance. The competitive information and insights provide me with the prospects interest level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much now. Once my reports were corrected, all the information has been accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me align the clients interest level and helps me decide when to push and when not to. It also provides me with better insights at the contacts within the prospects company.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the engagement minute attribution and that it can be customized by persona, activity type etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
We created a second line of task detail to connect from Salesforce and it does not pick it up. It would be great if Engagio could pick up custom task fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagio has helped us look at our engagement with our target customers over various time periods and even allowed us to roll up children into parents.

I highly suggest this tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Engagio is one of my tools that I cannot live without. The real time insights into prospect accounts and how they interact and engage with our company is so valuable! Probably one of my top 3 favorite tools to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their isnt anything to dislike. The platform is accurate in providing its data and it helps us convert more customers. Deeper insights might be valuable but overall the breath of information the solution captures is super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to have greater insights into how prospects are engaging with us through various marketing touchpoints. That combined with detailed data helps us to close more customers -faster!
