Engagio gives today's sales professionals an edge.
What do you like best about the product?
Engagio helps me understand exactly which contacts are warm for outreach and enables insight to all correspondence history through automation vs CRM records. My prospects appreciate that they do not need to repeat themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing stands out in particular, but an area for improvement that would have immense upside is shrinking the weekly reports to daily. If real-time is possible, that would be insane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More effective and relevant prospecting - not having to rely on tribal knowledge and tracking down previous sales reps for insights on who is who and what is what for context.

I think this product is a must - serious ROI for your sales organization.
Probably not using Engagio to it's full potential
What do you like best about the product?
We get weekly emails with our most engaged customers and prospect - super helpful to see what accounts are the most engaged
What do you dislike about the product?
At least the way we use it, it doesn't necessarily help you target accounts. Rather, it just shows you what accounts you are targeting and where your message is resonating the best. At least for me, most of my engaged accounts are one's that I'm already actively prospecting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of not knowing who is interested in our product but hasn't necessarily reached out yet. We are also solving the problem of seeing who our messages are resonating the most for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are new company trying to target specific accounts, this is the best product to see how that message is resonating (and being shared) with those accounts

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is when we receive an weekly recap of our engagement accounts. So if I had missed an earlier alert I have a second reminder, as well as one place where I can see my engagement accounts from the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment there is not something I don't like about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that it keeps me updated on my accounts, when i'm busy focusing on other things I am able be reminded of accounts and people who I should reach out to.

So easy to know where your efforts are converted in real opportunities instead to shoot everywhere waiting a signal

Should be compatible with native Mac and windows mail apps further then Gmail web

I know who is following my campaigns and has more interest, focusing in them and not in the ones that tell me they are interested but is not real

What do you like best about the product?
Engagio is an incredible tool for both BDR team and account executives, as you're able to keep tabs on different leads or opportunities with a few clicks
What do you dislike about the product?
Engagio within salesforce.com is whatnot clunky in my opinion. Overall, I'm a big fan but think that integration could use some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of knowing what our leads/opps are thinking and doing when we're not in constant contact with them

I would definitely recommend it once your sales organization gets too busy to keep up with every opportunity on a daily basis

Can't think of anything--Maybe having to do a little digging into understanding the UI. But once you understand it's super easy.

What do you like best about the product?
In sales sometimes your shooting in the dark when it comes to customer interest. It's incredibly helpful to utilize the Engagio tool and understand what customers are interacting with on our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I understood why sometimes a customer is detailed when they hit the website and sometimes its anonymous and you can only see the company they're from.
