What do you like best about the product?
Being about to know which customers are looking for help/might need assistance
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything--Maybe having to do a little digging into understanding the UI. But once you understand it's super easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As account managers, we want to know what issues our clients may be facing so we can help them as fast as possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The weekly emails are super helpful

What do you like best about the product?
In sales sometimes your shooting in the dark when it comes to customer interest. It's incredibly helpful to utilize the Engagio tool and understand what customers are interacting with on our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I understood why sometimes a customer is detailed when they hit the website and sometimes its anonymous and you can only see the company they're from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into customer interest.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I only need to access the main dashboard for a complete snapshot of my accounts. No digging around. Great integration with salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes captures data that’s not relevant.

See where I have the most engagement in my accounts.

Engagio is an exceptional tool that allows me and my counterparts in the field to monitor all on-going activity throughout all my accounts! Run your work campaigns and identify interested prospects! could not live without this tool

What do you like best about the product?
InsideView helps me understand my customers and prospects better. I find out new things about my customers that I didn't know was happening on a daily basis. I love that I get an automated e-mail every day with insights on my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it gives me information to help me get to know my customers and prospects better that I didn't know about them or did. What isn't there to love about it?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having extra knowledge about my customers and prospects helps me build better relationships with them. For a sales person like me, that is extremely valuabe
