Useful source of information
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view the hierarchy of companies, the in-depth details for each account, the ability to integrate with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unnecessary tabs, and some other issues that affect navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining information on prospective companies and easily adding to our Salesforce database. Useful as a data reference point.
Great for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search using a wide variety of different factors and then when you find a prospect you can view any insights about their company and their LinkedIn profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
It freezes quite often and there are frequent problems with the Sales force integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
InsideView always helps us to find new people to talk to. Even when you are sure that there are no more people to be contacted.

Some stakeholders that are mentioned in the company employee list are outdated.

I am in sales for it services company so i generate contacts for my company
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a sales manager, I would suggest sales folks to use this software to increase their revenue by doing deep research. It gives you news about companies where you can find what's going in the company right now and you can target accordingly. Using this tool makes sure that the product or services you have should match with the services provided by the inside view. means don't waste your time on this platform if you think that it's not a good fit for your sales team. And don't depend totally on this software because it will give you just a data, you have to close the deal from your skills and don't blame this software if you are unable to close the deal. I like the data accuracy of the software and the accuracy of the company insight.

I do not dislike this product at all but I was required to put something here.

I like the synching to our sales tracking platform. Makes report running easier and more streamilined.

There can always be more info but that is with any system.

Tons of Valuable Information
What do you like best about the product?
I use InsideView every single day to verify company location, size and industry. It would take me a ton of extra time if I had to research each one. InsideView is essential to my job performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
No data source is 100% accurate. There are occasions where a prospect from IV is no longer with company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of benefit. I use IV primarily to verify industry and company size. Very useful when paired with Salesforce.
Impactful insights with an improving user interface inside of Dynamics CRM/CE/365
What do you like best about the product?
Time savings pulling company and contact information to make informed sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The stability of the app inside of Dynamics has not always been great. We receive calls to support from the field team when they get error messages in this area. It's one of the least resilient components of our D365 experience for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for an informed sales process where our selling team could have information on an account and contact prior to and during the selling process.

Assure form customization and users are prepared if product displays an error.
