    Marketing and Advertising

Great Tool, but can be perfected

What do you like best about the product?
We are in E-Commerce business and Analytics is key to our success. We believe that ABM is a great tool for us to grow. We understand the functionality it provides but we have also discovered few areas that could be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionality is great but it is not the best tool to customize with our own in-house system. We like to integrate our systems with any tool we are using but ABM is probably not user-friendly in that regards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does provide us many great opportunities to grow, we are using ABM for our marketing capaigns and it's quite useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Engagio was very easy to implement and set up from a technical perspective. The initial scoring required both sales and marketing teams to put their heads together and agree on the important marketing and sales activities. Once set up, the reporting is simple but powerful. There are metrics that used to take a large amount of time and guesswork to put together - these are distilled into customizable dashboards.
Great lead to account matching logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to establish initial baseline for MQA
Updates in SFDC often take a nightly sync to appear in the app
Only field used in account matching is the Website field on the Account object in SFDC. Ideally would be able to connect to the Domains object and consider multiple domains per company. They do have good logic to choose the correct account when multiple accounts with the same website exist. As a result we miss some site traffic that can be seen in other technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inside Sales / SDR account prioritization
Impactful marketing metrics outside of lead count
Awareness of which key accounts were NOT engaging
Awareness of top marketing campaigns for driving engagement

Finding New Leads You Never Knew About

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to find leads that you may not have had any idea existed previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if a lead comes in to unsubscribe, they count as a touch point. That being said you can remove this from happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new leads that are coming in, that previously the team was unaware of.

What do you like best about the product?
Engagio has opened our eyes on engagement, sales marketing alignment and driving the right touches to the right personas in our buying circles. Laying the right groundwork has allowed us to see significant ROI in year one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of work to clean and normalize data to get the accounts setup correct. That is more of an "us" problem than Engagio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and marketing alignment, proactivity around the accounts, deep understanding of who is doing what (on both our side and the accounts), decreasing time to close

What do you like best about the product?
The daily, weekly, monthly reports are just fantastic and they help us a lot. It shows the interest, interaction and activity of everything within that report. It can be easily be integrated in our custom software so that we can see the analytics of our users easily and from anywhere. The customer support for this product is also quick and fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is relatively a new software so it's not perfect. UI and other stuff could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us in deeply analyzing things that we couldn't do this easily before. Before we had to do a lot of processing but this has made it a lot easier. It tells us exactly how on track we are with our marketing and that helps us on how to improve our next campaign. Our target account's average deal size nearly doubled than before(when it was non-targeted audience)

I will recommend this!

Great for getting names, data points need updating

What do you like best about the product?
Insideview is wonderful for finding accounts and their integration with salesforce is super helpful. It sits in SalesForce and from there you are able to search for more contacts, update account, see news & insights, etc. Additionally, you can go outside of SalesForce to InsideView to prospect for more accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such thing as perfect data, which we understand, but InsideView often has people that are no longer with company, wrong email, wrong phone number, etc. The accounts themselves are great but I typically struggle with their accuracy of contacts and have to use other sources like Sales Navigator to verify contact info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, I am able to prospect through InsideView for new accounts and also search for new contacts for existing accounts.

Ok tool - better ones available

What do you like best about the product?
We use their tools Enterprise and Target. Once you get the data into your CRM (which is a process) we have had decent success with converting them from cold leads to warm leads to opportunities. The SFDC Tile is really nice that lays within SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is NOT a direct integration to SFDC, especially for Target. if you do not use leads as your leading record (we use contacts then convert to leads then to opps) mass adding lists is very cumbersome and time consuming. As of today, you have to export the list and data to an excel file and do a manual v lookup function to de-dupe the data. When we were sold the tool they told us it was directly integrated - It is NOT for contacts.

As with any data cleaning tool, they have a lot of wrong data points: email, account name, website, etc. If you are able to clean past that, they are good contacts and we have had success.

Growing our CRM and finding warm leads which turn into opportunities

We evaluated Zoom Info, Discover Org, and InsideView - If I could go back, I would purchase Zoom Info
