Topical and relevant updates provide me with necessary info

What do you like best about the product?
Strong top line analysis with the ability to drill down for more data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Insideview opens up automatically in my CRM sometimes I need to work outside my CRM to get the program to open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a national account manger I like to quickly understand top line about a potential customer. I try to understand the size of my opportunity by the # of employees, the # of locations and the family tree helps to see if the prospect is part of a larger group.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it and you will be amazed the amount of information available

Important tools to track leads activity

What do you like best about the product?
Every day, I can see the most engaged leads and use key information provided by Engagio to organise my call out activity. Also it is integrated into Salesforce so when I open a lead, I can see the last activity of that lead and decide to contact/not contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
to copying/pasting an email is sometimes frustrating because it is opening in a popup box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a huge amount of leads with a lot of them irrelevant for commercial purpose. Engagio helps me to focus on the most interesting one. I am able to connect 2 key pieces of information : lead activity + lead information (name, company, email, phone number, etc) which is energy saving/ time saving !

I think it is an effective tools for helping sales reps

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it can respond in real-time based on IP address. The accuracy of the append information is strong. It allows us to better serve our web audience.

The cost of demandbase is premium compared to other solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
At-a-glance dashboard views & metrics, integration with SFDC and breakdown of account and contact engagement by seller
What do you dislike about the product?
No segmentation of competitors versus prospective end users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater visibility into "pre-MQL" engagement by customers & prospects; shows campaign engagement and interactivity within an easy-to-use platform for sales
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More complete integration with SFDC so that users don't have to click back and forth between Engagio and SFDC and Marketo to drill-down into Contact-level details.

What do you like best about the product?
The visibility Engagio provides by automatically mapping all our marketing activities & touch points across our key accounts. Provides a true 360 degree view about the impact marketing is having.

Engagement Heatmap cuts off the details I can see without providing way to expand further

I was not able to solve any business problem, nothing benefited from you. In fact, our whole team has invested & wasted our precious productive hours by using your tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Simply the best experience, Very good job by Inside View Team, I like the company information it shows and its Employees, and the Family tree and the competitors are awesome features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. But in the Insights Section the Articles it shows are not of the Companies , They are different, Looks like it just showing the Articles which matches with company name. Need to review this once. All the best

It helps to find the C Level Employes in the Organisation, and other Things about the Organisation very fast, Saving a lot of Time and Efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
We use sales accelerator, google analytics, personalization and the advertising portion of Demandbase. The platforms for analytics are great tools - easy to use and show great data of our accounts. It's great to see the accounts lifted based on our advertising efforts through Demandbase. The customer success team is also extremely supportive and has helped us attain out of the box solutions and requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to access information on the contact level has been found to be an annoyance to our sales team- and has proven to be a harder time trying to sell the success of ABM to our sales team.

I would also like the ability to add and remove accounts from the target list by myself- but know this is on the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proactively identifying our target accounts activity on our site. With the GA reporting alerts, email and SLACK alerts, our sales teams find Demandbase beneficial in identifying the account's activity and helping prioritize sales tasks.
