Easy and comfartable
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the very straightforward platform your the playmaker. I like the multi-contact feature and analytic
What do you dislike about the product?
I just don't like the drag and drop option from the multi-contact page, I think we can make it better and more interactive. Drag and drop is an old style

The easy communication from the other department and easy to communicate our decision to make it on time

What do you like best about the product?
Loved the list building capabilities and quick and easy SFDC lead creation. Well done! Linkedin, news articles, and background on company makes it a one stop shop for prospecting for new clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reps used it, others did not. Those who did saw value those who didn't had other traditional rep prospecting techniques. From a holistic view the ROI was not seen with the sales tools budget as not many reps used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rep prospecting and adding leads to SFDC database. Contact finding and potential new business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe there is a limited trial version which gives you an idea of what they can do. The ability to import a lead into SFDC is very easy and helpful.

Ability to find leads for sales opportunities.

When I used InsideView I found the data and information to be outdated or contain inaccurate information.

Look at other alternatives for market and Account intelligence data. InsideView has dated info.

What do you like best about the product?
InsideView does a great job of continually updating their information. They always seem to have the most up-to-date info like employee count, compared to other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if it auto integrated with our marketing tools.

Finding how many eligible employees a business has, it's also helpful with finding people within the organization.

Granular look into different titles and specific niches in each industry.

Sometimes the data wasn't updated as fast but that's to be expected.

Their team was amazing at providing support when needed.
You can set up email alerts when people changed jobs, got promoted or the companies received new funding to make sure that you are the one getting to them the fastest.

Actionable Engagement Insights for ABM
What do you like best about the product?
Engagio is a very resourceful tool to obtain actionable insights on your accounts and the key prospects in those accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a while to segment activities into minutes and determine MQA criteria to train sales
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In marketing, our team uses Engagio as a holistic view on all account engagements working towards the goal of creating marketing qualified accounts. Our sales team uses Engagio to prioritize their account lists and see the buyers journey at the account and person level. It's extremely helpful for account transitions, as well, to see activity history. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for actionable ABM metrics across the org.
Powerful insights, ease of use for End User can improve

This is a powerful product, especially highlighting insights, engagement and new contacts within ABM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI for the end user can be complex and difficult to drive insights without full training.

Attribution of marketing within targeted accounts, driving insights for sales reps

This is a consideration for multiple departments - Marketing, Operations, Sales. There is an amount of technical work needed to prepare for and implement Engagio.
Great way to measure account engagement
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite Demandbase One feature is how engagement is measured. Instead of relying on scores, the platform quantifies engagement in minutes, making it much easier to understand how engaged an account, contact, or group of contacts is. This has allowed our team to assess engagement levels quickly and make informed decisions about our outreach strategies. The ability to focus on actual engagement time enhances our targeting efforts and ensures we prioritize high-value interactions, ultimately driving better results.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found any cons to this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a more effective method for managing metrics and assessing engagement levels among our contacts and accounts. Demandbase enables us to evaluate the significance of different marketing and sales activities, providing a clearer and more accurate understanding of how engaged our accounts and contacts are.
