What do you like best about the product?
There is nothing best to write about you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Everything about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was not able to solve any business problem, nothing benefited from you. In fact, our whole team has invested & wasted our precious productive hours by using your tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You have to start all over again.

What do you like best about the product?
Simply the best experience, Very good job by Inside View Team, I like the company information it shows and its Employees, and the Family tree and the competitors are awesome features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. But in the Insights Section the Articles it shows are not of the Companies , They are different, Looks like it just showing the Articles which matches with company name. Need to review this once. All the best
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to find the C Level Employes in the Organisation, and other Things about the Organisation very fast, Saving a lot of Time and Efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
We use sales accelerator, google analytics, personalization and the advertising portion of Demandbase. The platforms for analytics are great tools - easy to use and show great data of our accounts. It's great to see the accounts lifted based on our advertising efforts through Demandbase. The customer success team is also extremely supportive and has helped us attain out of the box solutions and requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to access information on the contact level has been found to be an annoyance to our sales team- and has proven to be a harder time trying to sell the success of ABM to our sales team.

I would also like the ability to add and remove accounts from the target list by myself- but know this is on the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proactively identifying our target accounts activity on our site. With the GA reporting alerts, email and SLACK alerts, our sales teams find Demandbase beneficial in identifying the account's activity and helping prioritize sales tasks.

No database is perfect. The revenue estimates can be wrong, sometimes dramatically.

Estimated company revenues. Key executives.

What do you like best about the product?
It attaches unconverted leads that should be included in target accounts and link activities, route them to the responsible owner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite a new product and relatively standards features are still be added. Hopefully their roadmap will catch up soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagio augments / supplements an existing marketing automation platform with an account-based view which can read as engagements related activities.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things that we can list here but the most important part is the customer service. Any time we have a question or need help with something, someone immediately gets back to us and is more than eager to help us out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the technology behind Demandbase still has a little ways to go but it is evident that they are working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Demandbase to increase our pipeline by delivering banner ads to specific targets, doing direct mail sends to our top accounts and tracking their activities. We have found a great increase in pipe over the past year and are excited for the new technology to create more pipe.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout more than anything. Before using Inside View I used zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve and the ability to sort results by multiple data points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding decision makers is the main thing I'm using Inside View for. Not all data sources are accurate but Inside View has been accurate thus far.

What do you like best about the product?
Takes only a few seconds to find the company information I need. Also really easy to see parent and subsidiary companies. Can look by website, which saves time when researching companies with common words in their name. Been using this for more than 10 years and it is very dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as much contact data for employees as I would like. Sometimes there is no company description, or other information missing. Not sure about the revenue data, compared with other databases I use it tends to be low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basic company research and identification. Quick and easy to make sure you have the proper legal name, address and phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The new version looks really great.

Best ABM Marketing Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting features of Engagio make it easier for people outside of the marketing department to understand the metrics behind managing leads. It also helps the sales team see how their work reflected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speaking to an Engagio specialist can be time-consuming. Sometimes I wished there was just a documentation page I look up whenever I was having a technical issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working as a creative agency, it can be difficult to manage the many accounts and clients we deal with on a day today. Whenever I'm trying to find bottlenecks in closing deals, I always resort to the reporting function to better understand where the hiccups are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're into Salesforce, you'll love Engagio. If you love both of them, you can really make the best use of both systems between CRM and ABM marketing integration.

What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing the ABM in a different way than salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated better with Pardot and could import campaigns the same way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Engagio ABM analytics to determine the best accounts for sales to pursue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm still not sure the value of Engagio... I'm also evaluating Bright Funnel and I think it may be better.
