What do you like best about the product?
There are so many amazing features of the Insideview Insight solution in Dynamics CRM. Easy search and sync of customer or contact data to add new information is a huge time saver. Having customer details and social network information available and connected inside our CRM system is likewise a huge benefit. Custom search criteria and watchlist capabilities make it easy to get exactly what information is most important about our customers. All around, a great solution set and very worthy investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. It is easy to set-up, easy to customize, extensible, and much more accurate than other data services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest benefits and problem solved is in regard to having fresh customer information and being able to feel confident in the accuracy of the data at our fingertips.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely look at comparisons to other services like D&B and data.com - the accuracy and ease of use with Insideview compared to those options will blow you away and make you feel comfortable in selecting Insideview.

The ability to directly link to all social media outlets and access information is a great value

Occasionally the information or company does not always match and is inaccurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to reach the right contacts for sales and Biz-Dev purposes is of course a challenge. But Inside View helps provide more clarity and extended information on the company and personnel i'm looking at.
This gives a more rounded feel than simply using LinkedIn or CompanyCheck by themsleves

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely endorse the Enterprise edition of this software application. Embedded into Salesforce it has proven to provide advanced information on companies, profiles, direct links to social media and organisational hierarchy.

The detailed description of all the companies including the subsidiary details.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is very nice and there is really nothing i dislike in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to search the web now for details relating to the legal entities. Inside view takes care of everything.. :)

Easy to use interface with more valuable date. we can sign in for free and later we can upgrade to premium if needed.It provide the revenue and headquarter detail and cover almost all the companies.
For the premium we can find the right contacts to with there Mailid, Linkedin link and direct Phone no.

Need to provide details of the contact for free version, so we can see how accurate the date is present

What do you like best about the product?
Almost all of the contacts have email addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some records can be very outdated, or not even list the contact I know is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I don't know a location to a prospect, InsideView at least has one location to start with. It is very easy to use and maneuvering around is fast.

I recommend InsideView as a good tool to use. I have 2 main tools that I use and, InsideView is one of them.

I like the link to the other social selling sites such as LinkedIn and FB.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data regarding the accounts is skewed and not accurate all the time. In the time I have been using it I have seen the information for a specific account not be accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding out more in-depth information about that specific account./Receiving daily updates on those important accounts I'm currently following.

It's a great tool for more in-depth information and diving deeper into the account.

in creating sales territories by "Strategic Account" accounts did not have current contact information related to Title, Address, Phone, Company Information etc.

Full details about each account are now uploaded to each strategic account giving individual account owner/ representative current information

Like the ability to but together call lists together quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way I get updates from my watch list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am realizing that the call lists allow me to be more productive.

I like that I can instantly access information on the company.

I don't have any dislikes so far. Again, great tool.
