What do you like best about the product?
Accurately target the accounts you want to go after. Easier than others. Metrics and data seem to be more accurate than in others.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used through a partner, so not sure the negatives are about the system alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer marketing specifically. This helps show engaged accounts.

Personal info not always available just account info on most so hard to move those don’t know down funnel

the insight into intent on third party sites and the ability to customize our customer journey stages
What do you dislike about the product?
perhaps "bundle" functionality so we don't have to add-on additional features as we grow

identifying accounts that are showing intent and enabling us to have consistent messaging across channels to those accounts

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase has improved the efficiency of finding important and pertinent information to reach contacts and learn more about accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find the exact information I am looking for, and it causes me to go on a deep dive to try and figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me reach prospects and contacts in a more efficient fashion. Helping me to discover more pertinent information about accounts that I may not have been able to find otherwise.

Intent alone does not make a sound ABM platform

What do you like best about the product?
In order:
1) The support the technical and customer managers are genuinely invested in your success - and help you get the most out of the platform to meet your ABM goals. And they are all smart and talented and know how to market
2) They listen to their customers - they deliver what you had asked for vs. pushing irrelevant bells and whistles
3) They don't oversell intent for ABM.
4) They aren't pushy. They don't try to upsell you new features in every. single. call.
5) implementation and ramp up takes 3-4 week, not 3-4 months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. I have had a great experience with them and we have seen measurable results after a short amount of time. They were the right solution provider for our ABM strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is new to the ABM game. We needed to get a far better read on account activity above and beyond just intent and Web signals. Demandbase has helped up take a good look at our TAL and point the SDR Team toward low hanging fruit. For the first time in recent memory, we are on pace to exceed our meeting and opportunity goals for the quarter - Demandbase has played a major role in this.

Easy-to-use and complete solution

What do you like best about the product?
This information helps me create content, and the platform also offers numerous organizational options. I like the data presented alongside the dashboard view, you can customize your own dashboard. It's given us several practical insights to increase customer value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to get more contact information, it's a bit frustrating having to slow down. Sometimes it's hard to find contacts if the company is very small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to access potential clients very quickly, offering an easy-to-use platform with comprehensive data. It allows us to quickly determine if the information is valid, which is excellent for finding new potential clients.
