What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contact information is out of date.

Providing me with valuable data on company revenue, locations and number of employees.  
Helps me see what other companies are part of a group or are affiliates.
Provides me with C level contact information so that I can reach out to appropriate contacts when needed!

                            InsideView integrated to our NetSuite account is an efficient and valuable tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the sync feature that auto-populates NetSuite.

On occasion I have found the information in InsideView is out dated and/or inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy access to contact information saves me time.  I have reduced or eliminated the need to manually key in information into our system improving my efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Since I am in Marketing, for us the list building is the most useful aspect.  I like how detailed and segmented you can target your searches.  We've use it a lot to augment our existing database.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it better if the product also displayed the Hoover's or D&B information along with the crowd sourced info, or if both are involved more prominently displayed as official info.  Or perhaps had some sort of scoring system that indicates confidence level in the data.  Also, for a lot of companies the employee(People) list seems very light.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database curation, list building.  Better database all around.  I have noticed that there are inaccuracies in the data that seem to be a bit higher than with other solutions.  The approach I take is to use it as one arrow in the quiver, and not rely on any one solution as the entire arsenal.

Great for finding initial information to start prospecting. 
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times the people are not up to date, but using LinkedIn as a cross reference is a good solution. 
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to whittle down the mass amount of information on Google into a condensed, tabbed "1 pager"

Very natural flow to the information. Good recording of searches carried out, great data collection. It is what you make of it. 
                        
                            InsideView for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy InsideView makes it for me to find specific contacts at a company I'm prospecting, and the ability to create lead lists for targeted industries and locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I'd like to have is the ability to export more that 2,000 companies or contacts at a time. Currently, you are forced to do multiple pulls with varying filters to accomplish the larger objective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
InsideView has solved the problem of finding new contacts when our past contacts have moved on. By pulling from internet news sources, we get new contacts soon after their names and titles are mentioned.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it before every call you make to verify contacts and find new contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with Salesforce.com, it makes it easy to import new leads with full details (saving time).  We can run reports and export lists of people and companies defined by our requirements, great feature!! 
What do you dislike about the product?
There is limited coverage of Europe, InsideView is heavily US based. 
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead research, we have had a higher response rate from emails, InsideView helps with email formats greatly.  This is a great tool which I use n a daily basis.  The connector between Insideview and Salesforce.com is something that makes my job a lot easier, fields are mapped, which means when data is imported we do not need to edit status', source, all those mandatory housekeeping jobs that take time away from other projects.  
As InsideView is a tool where the users are able to update the data, real time, to ensure the information you are looking at is the most current/up-to-date is a fantastic feature. One of which enables us to find the people at the right level, department, role and location, get them into the system, over to sales and contacted within a short period of time. Our response rate has increased in use of InsideView. The sales team, although dubious at first, have took on this tool and use it on a day to day basis, searching for specific companies, roles and monitoring our competitors to ensure we stay on line, current, competitive and meet targets.

                            InsideView Great SFDC Integration and Company Information
What do you like best about the product?
The company details are accurate and very easy to sync with SFDC. Contacts although not as robust or accurate are also easy to sync and it looks for duplicates prior to importing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Contact accuracy is lacking, if these guys combined with Zoominfo for contacts it would be the best solution on the planet for data! Also the need to de-dup accounts as several accounts have many of the same.
