Sometimes it can be tricky to maneuver at times

Narrowing my outreach efforts by finding the people who are most engaged with my company
It is very easy to navigate and display information in an easy-to-understand format
What do you like best about the product?
It provides excellent insight into your needs and allows you to analyze website visitors to convert them into customers. The reports offers me a more in-depth analysis, I like the ability to see who has visited our site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tutorials were easier, not being able to view individual contact details. Contact information doesn't always load immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thank to the tools on this platform, we've optimized our pages. It allows me to evaluate our marketing strategies in real time, and I can follow up by adding them to a watchlist. I use it to identify potential customers.

What do you like best about the product?
What I most like about Demandbase is that gives you a lot of helpfull insights when you are prospecting. It is easy to manage and the set up is also really easy. It also integrates easily with the CRM's I use

Sometimes you have to navigate within Demandbase and spend some time before you get what you need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When attempting to dig for leads, Demandbase helps me determine who are the persons I have to reach out because Demandbase provides with the buyer personas ans the products of interest they are looking for

It seems like a totally different take than other sales tools I have

I just need to learn the interface. It's still really confusing.

Its helping me see whos interested in our company product and looking at engineering software olutions
Access to Contacts
What do you like best about the product?
It is a helpful way to find a large number of contacts and provides good insight into what Bentley's users are interested in, and possible projects in the pipeline. This information provides good conversation starters as well as providing potential leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the titles of searchers and not always provided. I do not like that I cannot export contacts into an excel spreadsheet to be able to filter and sort. It can be tedious and time consuming especially with larger accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing me with a large pool of contacts.

How accurate it is with the details. But overall I like it

Maybe a better-looking, easy user face as for sure will be much better

Sometimes the information for some accounts or country ar enot accurate and I hope this improve in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The power this data gives both our sales and marketing professionals is next level. When I showcase the information to a sales rep they can't believe we can now capture this information, sales has been missing our customer's "digital footprint" ; now with our SFDC integration they have the ability to craft a personalized follow up journey in alignment with marketing. The team that handles our account Rob Cheyne and Adria Negelow are so responsive with every single need, especially the more "complex" technical asks we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing dislike, if there is every a need for something specific Demandbase has an answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase is solving the need for the ABM 1:1 marketing and sales follow up. With the SFDC integration our sales team now has this data at their finger tips on accounts, lead and contact records. Prior, they were especially "blind" to the information.
A robust platform that displays all the data we need
What do you like best about the product?
The support during startup was better than expected, providing all the date needed for a marketing campaign. The service is high-quality, providing a comprehensive overview of lead generation opportunities. The platform itself is incredibly useful and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were integrations to make entering contact information easier, the system is sometimes slow. The contact search function has occasionally failed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to analyze potential customers and provides real-time data. It's fantastic to be able to see the content our customers are sharing. We've had a fantastic experience with this platform's analytics. It allows us to know which customers are interested in our service.
Provides truly meaningful insights for your business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the real-time information it provides. The tool divides web pages according to independent criteria. You can easily categorize clients. The website is very user-friendly and informative. I like the ability to evaluate the most viewed aspects of your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it were updated more frequently, the dashboard's reporting capabilities could be more efficient. Sometimes the main reports don't arrive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide us with constant and efficient support and provide a considerable amount of information. They also provides us with much more information. about customer visits, this has been very helpful from the beginning.
Powerful platform and great support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly powerful and offers in-depth insights into our prospects and customers that will help us fuel truly data-driven ABM. Additionally, the support resources and team are next-level; there is an incredible variety of articles, videos, training modules, etc. to use on-demand and the customer-facing team has been very helpful and responsive as we get set up and learn the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve with Demandbase, and it can be challenging to navigate at first. Some of the features aren't very intuitive, and the scope of features can be a bit overwhelming. However, this is more than made up for by the guidance/support provided by the Demandbase team; they have been invaluable in getting us set up, plotting out our integration/scope, and pointing us to relevant resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase gives us a data-driven foundation that will help us drive ABM at scale. Its analytics allow us to provide sales with intelligence to prioritize their efforts and inform their conversations, and give our marketing team the tools to target the right people in the right accounts with the right message at the right time, maximizing the reach of our marketing dollars. It also gives us a foundation to bridge gaps between sales and marketing and ensure our efforts are in sync for maximum impact.
