I've been using Demandbase for over a year now, and it has become a very useful tool for helping me prospect into accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the numbers aren't completely accurate, or they may still be in position. However, it does at least give me a starting point, which is helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate that it automatically organizes all of my engaged accounts into a list, saving me from the hassle of going back and forth to do this manually.

I like that it's easy to set up and learn, everything is quite intuitive. It's designed to manage customer journey tracking campaigns for leads, current customers, and even those who unsubscribe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints; the platform is intuitive and provides both free plans and reasonably priced packages based on the features you require. It has been extremely helpful in pinpointing our most important accounts and identifying the key individuals we need to reach out to.

I use nearly all of the product's features on a daily basis. Its advertising capabilities are outstanding and have enabled us to connect with the right audience. Additionally, it makes it possible for us to handle a greater number of email campaigns efficiently.

I appreciate that Demandbase One consolidates all of our data into a single platform, making it significantly easier for me to build lists compared to other tools like Salesforce and Marketo. This integration is particularly valuable as it streamlines the process of data compilation and analysis, enhancing efficiency in creating targeted marketing campaigns. I also enjoy the ease with which I can create orchestrations from these lists, making the collected information actionable. This functionality allows me to focus on accounts showing specific interest, such as those not currently our clients but who are exploring our entry-level products or visiting our pricing page. Demandbase One facilitates targeted advertising and direct outreach by integrating marketing communication strategies with the SDR team, proving itself to be a crucial tool in our marketing arsenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging that Demandbase One requires accessing each intent keyword set individually, making it difficult to view all keywords in one place or export them efficiently. This limitation hinders my ability to ensure all necessary keywords are set up accurately. Additionally, the inability to right-click links and open them in new tabs is frustrating, especially when working with account and person data tabs, as it forces me to replicate and navigate through different tabs unnecessarily. Furthermore, the initial setup of Demandbase One is not straightforward due to the many moving parts, particularly with data orchestration. Organizing data within the platform can be quite a challenge, even though it's not entirely Demandbase's fault, as it’s a common issue with data-reliant tools.

I use Demandbase One to gain marketing insights, create targeted lists based on intent for campaigns, understand account interests, and integrate insights into our retention strategy and outreach.

I really appreciate how it notifies me whenever a potential client opens an email, as this feature makes following up much more convenient for both myself and the client. The dashboard is user-friendly and intuitive, providing a straightforward and seamless experience for integrating the results.

The support documentation feels outdated, and I would appreciate having more filter options available. The sidebar occupies too much of the screen, which can be distracting, and I have experienced the tool crashing on a few occasions.

The platform can feel complex at first, especially during setup and dashboard customization. Some features have a learning curve, and data syncs with external CRMs like Salesforce can occasionally lag. Pricing is also on the higher side, which may be challenging for smaller teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about demandbase are - 1. Unified data from different sources. 2. It's integration with CRM, Salesforce in my case. 3. Great customer support team.

Nothing i can think of as of now. Everything is going smooth.

Demandbase integration with Salesforce is a great help for us in keeping the accounts data up to date. With just a click on refresh tab it updates all the fields in the Account section in CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Demandbase One for six months to facilitate outbound prospecting, and it's been an impressive experience. Setting up Demandbase One was pretty straightforward, which I found very convenient. One of the standout features is the ability to get complete coverage on our outbound prospecting efforts and ideal customers, which significantly enhances our brand awareness. I find it incredibly useful to see what companies are engaged in our content. Additionally, I appreciate the feature that allows content to be automatically distributed based on a variety of factors, which simplifies our process and increases efficiency. Another critical benefit is the ability to reach many accounts in a short term, which is significant for our operations. We use Demandbase One in conjunction with HubSpot, and this combination works well for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the criteria to enter the account-based marketing program in Demandbase One problematic. The data regarding company revenue is often incorrect, and the employee count can be very inconsistent. This inaccuracy results in difficulties ensuring that our target accounts are correctly included and not unjustly denied based on faulty criteria.

I use Demandbase One to ensure complete coverage in outbound prospecting, enhancing brand awareness by targeting ideal customers, which significantly impacts our reach and allows us to engage efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase has been very helpful for us, the thing which i like about it is that how it pulls everything together for account based marketing in one place. There is no need of jumping between different tools to figure out visitors in your website and what they are interested in and how to reach them, Demandbase gives a clear idea and connect view of all that activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing for now, i am satisfied by using this.

It has solved the challenges of figuring out which accounts actually matters and where they are in the buying process. Earlier we were spending much time to chasing leads that was looking fine on papers but never went anywhere. But with the use of Demandbase, we can see the real engagement data.
