What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Demandbase is targeting the right accounts. The platform pulls in data from all kinds of sources so you can pinpoint exactly who’s showing interest. This means we can focus our efforts on the accounts that matter. The depth of insights we get into our target accounts is really impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price and complexity of the product is the downside

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase one is an excellent product that helps in providing a wholistic view of the marketing efforts of an organisation at an account level. It has really proved to be a game changer in helping consolidate our marketing efforts to get the maximum ROI out of the marketing spends of our organisation. It has helped us in generating quality leads with maximum conversion percentage.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful when contacting potential clients to know if any ot them are already actively interacting with your productos and services and I love hte amount of information available about the companies that the contacts work for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to make some changes to the platform theme. Also, the free credits are a bit limiting, there should be a freemium model or an ad-supported version to get more credits during the evaluation phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the variety of filters available to ensure I am downloading the ideal prospects for our outbound campaigns. It also has different functions that help in searching for information.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase not only provides me with intent data, but I also am able to have an idea on what materia the prospect is possibly viewing and where their focus might be. The daily email updates are also a huge time save

It is definitly a bit confusing at first, but doesn't really harm my usage.

Great ABM Platform With Behavioral Signals

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows you to target a dynamic list of accounts based on signals from the platform. Web behavior and search interest that matches your campaign criteria. The filtering and ability to use first party audiences is also great. Easy for our teams to use and collaborate on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ad Cloud platform has some limitations with job funtion/seniorities. You can only bid boost to them versus target them outright. Some portions of the campaign setup can also be cumbersome but expect it to be improved with more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have an account based approach that is dynamic in nature and more sophisticated than we could do on our own. It then allows us to activate on those accounts in a programmatic way. This gives us a strategic approach in marketing than aligns with our sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that they are always willing to make updates to the platform, it has made our prospecting process much simpler. It provides detailed information about the companies, and also offers a great services through which we can find contact details.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters could be improved to improve specific searches, the user interface is a bit clumsy, I wish the database was more extensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system works perfectly for project execution, the accuracy of the data is far superior to its competitors. It is helping our team to find most of the potential clients, it provides a simple tool to identify companies. This product has one of the highest data quality.

The Demandbase One tool gives our team insights on what our customers and prospects true intent is. The reporting featutre brings together all the data we have across systems to help us develope the most effective marketing programs possible with real information backed by data points.

The advertising platform has limitations on targeting, but has consistently improved during our time as customer.

What do you like best about the product?
We used demandbase for almost 2 years for account based marketing for our awareness and lead gen campaign and found very much suitable for good reach. It helps automate our ABM strategy over the time and improves our sales performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial integration is quiet complex and requires too many rounds with demandbase team for the perfect setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase has tremendous analytics capabilities. It gives comprehensive reports and dashboards to track the performance of our campaigns in real time ultimately giving us the opportunity to optimize our strategies for better results with their data driven insights.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One provides insight into what accounts are searching for and the topics they are interested in. I can also see what specific keywords my prospects are searching for which allows me to tailor my messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the recommended leads are outdated and not a feature worth clicking on, and some of the people it suggests you contact are very inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer support was very pleasant whenever I had issues. It also shows what the key interests are for a company and allows me to see what their technology stack is. It also helps us forecast when deals can more to fruition and a predictable timeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the extension of this tool when I can see potential contacts and intent. I love how Demandbase One gives me data on my prospects so I can prioritize my outreach. It also helps me to see what people are searching for or visiting on their company page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it needs more data about employees and phone numbers. I'm also still learning how to get the most out of the tool, but at first, it can be an information overload.

This tool has many features that I use in my day-to-day research. It also helps inform our team where to prioritize their time and provide them with invaluable direction.
