Great tool to enrich your data and improve your marketing efforts
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive and we were able to use most of the features from day one. The implementation has started in demo stage - we've didn't have to personalise it much before the first use. Demandbase team has been extremely helpful, the onboarding process is clear and covers everything you need to know to use the platform to it's full potential. We've been working on Demandbase everyday and we're already seeing it's impact on the quality of marketing intelligence efforts - tracking customer behaviour by their web engagement and intent identification is giving wonderful insights for our sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'd like improve is more personalized integrations - we would love to be able to import more fields to Demandbase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main issues were inefficient digital campaigns and inprecise targeting in Google Ads, which caused poor lead quality, no account insights and, in the end, wasting our budget. Demandbase gives us opportunity to target the correct people at the correct stage of buying journey and optimise our spending.
It provides you with legitimate leads so you know you are dealing with real customers
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the service is understandable and only took a few minutes to implement. And I really like that the ability to access and analyze a large volume of data in a short period of time has revolutionized the way I make critical business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase One's updated data has exceeded our expectations, providing valuable insights for a specific scope. Demandbase One has an extensive database of people and companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user inteface is intuitive and visually appealing, making it easy for me to access the wide range of accurate search results it offers. Finding the emails and cell phone numbers of individuals and employees or decision makers and managers is done through Demandbase One in minutes and at scale.
Stores essential information related to each client
What do you like best about the product?
It is really outstanding compared to other similar options, it has simplified my business operations by allowing me to collect data. It has been instrumental in simplifying the process of importing related data. I like the data recorded in their database is very complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can be confusing for new users, I wish there was an option to customize the dashboard further. If there were some additional filters available, it would be even more comprehensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us priorize your work, the platform makes searching easier. It has solved the age-old challenge of fiding relevant leads. It saves me a lot of time and ensures consistency.
Solid ABM DSP But Lacks Some Precision
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the DSP integrates directly into the account lists that are updated regularly. You know you are using a channel like display to reach accounts you should care about most and reach with your messaging. Easy to use platform as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to target job functions and seniority is not absolute. All you can do is lean into them but you will still get delivery to all areas in an account. CPCs have also been higher than desired as we started out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to use dynamic account lists in our advertising. Not static account lists but dynamic lists that change to those we should advertise to most.
Essential for Targeted Advertising, Intuitive Yet Challenges in Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I find Demandbase One's interface very intuitive. It doesn't require extensive training to get started, making it accessible and user-friendly for individuals without needing to dedicate significant time to learning the platform. I also appreciate its capability on the advertising side, specifically in targeting specific accounts in display ads, which would be impossible without this tool. This facet of Demandbase One is critical in my role focusing on paid media within the ABM team. The tool allows me to efficiently target accounts and send account lists to third-party advertising platforms, providing a seamless integration into our advertising strategy. This functionality is integral for precise targeting and enhances our advertising campaigns significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup for Demandbase One is quite complicated and requires a dedicated team to manage all the necessary technical integrations. This complexity can be challenging for those without technical expertise. Additionally, the integration process can suffer if the internal team handles it poorly, as was the case in my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Demandbase One to consolidate account information and target specific accounts in ads, essential for my paid media role within the ABM team.
Comprehensive Account Insights with Room for Improvement in Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
The holistic account view provided by Demandbase One is truly invaluable. It consolidates all relevant account data into a single, comprehensive dashboard, including key insights on associated individuals from Salesforce—whether leads or contacts—along with their engagement levels and interaction types. This seamless integration empowers more strategic, data-driven ABM decision-making. Additionally, the Customer Success Managers and support team are outstanding. They are always proactive, diving deep into any issues and delivering swift, effective solutions, which greatly enhances the overall user experience. Demandbase One is an essential tool in my daily workflow, providing the precision and intelligence needed for successful account engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could benefit from greater flexibility in adapting to specific company needs, as some customization options feel limited. The Lead-to-Account Matching engine, while useful, is not always intuitive, making it difficult to ensure consistently high data quality in lead-to-account associations. Additionally, occasional syncing issues can cause delays in data updates, impacting real-time decision-making. Another drawback is the inability to delete old lists that have been used in advertising campaigns, leading to unnecessary clutter and potential confusion over time. Streamlining these aspects would enhance usability and overall efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One helps us solve the challenge of gaining a unified view of our accounts by consolidating data from various sources, such as Salesforce, into a single platform. This allows us to better understand the engagement level of each account and tailor our strategies accordingly. The platform’s ability to connect leads to accounts accurately enables more targeted outreach, improving the effectiveness of our marketing and sales efforts. As a result, we’re able to allocate resources more efficiently and drive higher-quality engagement with our key accounts.
It is well designed and has all the necessary tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of filters through which I can obtain data, it has some amazing features. The results are extremely valuable to the entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be vey useful for any sales rep. I can't really point to a specific problems, so far my experience with the product has been rewarding.

It is very beneficial for me and my marketing team, it increases the success of our outreach efforts. The data it provides helps us tailor our reach. It helps us better understand our potential customers.
Ready-to-use platform and its built-in functions are of a high level
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is so easy to find contact information, I love that I can find all the contacts I need. Its ability to find almost all emails is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't directly identify contacts, some emails are not accurate. Sometimes it doesn't automatically sync perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found it very useful in my marketing campaign, I have found it very useful for conducting market research. It provides the right emails quickly, effective tools for getting available email.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it gives me the opportunity to find audiences and tailor our messages to their needs in order to attract them to our products, get them to interact with us, and engage them with the company. It also allows us to track their interests and personalize our interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using DemandBase for several months now and have had great success with the tool. I have nothing negative to say about how it works or about our adaption process, everything has been perfect.

In our organization, we have made the most of the tool. It has allowed us to act proactively, and our marketing and sales team to more easily recognize potential clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is not much configuration required to link and integrate this platform with our software, allowing for quick implementation, setting it apart from other programs. I also love the ease of use of the model builder to predict potential patterns and score them based on the model objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase has an account-based experience (ABX) solution that connects everything that matters to success in the business world. I wouldn't change a thing about it, everything has worked perfectly and has adapted to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the data generated by this platform, we have been able to see the user's intention when viewing our product and whether our page interests them. In addition, it helps us to see what would be most attractive for the client to interact with us, allowing us to make the necessary adjustments in time.
