Extremely simple, it allows you to configure different shapes
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to configure rules, the setup in incredibly simple, it's very easy to use. I like the ability to customize deduplication rules. It makes it easy to set up data cleansing scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to get a comprehensive view of the results. There is no way to specify system defaults. I would also like the ability to run more detailed reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to solve many data challenges, we have had a great experience with support. It also helps us avoid duplicates in our database. It helps in performing bulk updates. The quality of our data has improved since we implemented the tool.
Demandbase is a key tool for focusing on daily strategies and tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the use of CRM's own data to build machine learning models. Demandbase also allows you to see account highlights and engagement trends. I also love that it allows you to generate seamless reports to see to account activity on a weekly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about Demandbase, it has worked flawlessly for the entire time we have used it. I love that it offers engagement tracking, display advertising, orchestration capabilities, and website personalization in one platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Demandbase to launch ABM campaigns to the right accounts that display the right buyer signals. Additionally, it has given us the ability to create propensity models specific to our global regions.
Valuable tool from a sales and marketing perspective
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user interface of the tool itself, which allows you to add custom labels and fields and views to dashboards and reports. I also love the ability to personalize experiences by being able to create custom lists with many different filters/selectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to say about this platform. One of the main reasons I use DemandBase is the customer service, it is fantastic, always up to date with our concerns and engaged with our main goals at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One is an absolutely essential tool for those companies or organizations that want to understand which potential clients or which accounts they should prioritize. In our case, it helped us better understand our audiences and thus improve our market objectives.
The Customer Support Team is Critical to Effectiveness
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Demandbase as a main part of my tech stack for the last two years. On its own, Demandbase can be difficult to use, but if you have the right customer support team, like we do with Rob Cheyne, you're in good hands. I use Demandbase to map every customer activity online (both known and unknown) and we're using it to increase the number of opportunities we send to sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is slower and it has trouble absorbing enterprise levels of data (number of pages on our website), but overall, I really enjoy the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One allows me to track customer activity over time.
So far the experience has been easy, simple to use, and effective.

What I dislike might be the overload of information at times.

The problems that demandbase is solving is not knowing which sales leads to go after, and streamlining my outreach efforts.
Account Intelligence Hub
What do you like best about the product?
We have never been able to see such engagement insights. We are able to see important information on account intelligence before sales is ready to action on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform is glitchy and acount uploading can overide with mistakes easily (though reversible)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use demandbase as our central hub for all our marketing tech stack , with one singular view of all campaign touchpoints.
Prospecting Effectively
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how you can find general company information such as the linked website. I like the fact you can easily access contact information. I like how contacts have the green dots next to their info to show if it is an active way of reaching them, or not so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small things such as how I can copy or pull data out, to organize it myself, I would like things to feel more line a running excel sheet from that standpoint.

They are helping me quickly learn about prospects to qualify if it is worth my time.

As an account executive, Demandbase One has become an essential tool in my daily workflow. Here are the key reasons why I find it particularly valuable:enables me to precisely target and engage high-value accounts, powerful analytics and reporting tools allow me to track the performance of my efforts in real-time. I can measure the impact of my activities on revenue, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement. Demandbase One fosters better alignment and collaboration between marketing and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase One is a powerful platform with a wide range of features, which can make it complex and challenging to learn. Certain aspects of Demandbase One are less customizable than I would like. While the platform offers a wide range of features, the ability to tailor specific functionalities or workflows to unique business needs can be limited. While Demandbase One is powerful, I find the user interface less intuitive or user-friendly. Navigating through its features and accessing the necessary tools can sometimes be cumbersome.

Gives me a unified account info.

Easy account Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
Easy intergration with SF and slack, I get daily alerts for my key accounts, it's great to get both the inital alert as well as a reminder.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the reminder messages can be repetative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With many accounts its difficult to keep on all of them Demandbase helps solve this issue with their key account alerts.
Incredible tool to complement a ABM motion across the organization
What do you like best about the product?
The intent feature. Being able to "spy" on prospects and see if they are researching your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit blocky and slow. Ease of use could definitely be improved

Getting insight into prospect behavior and prioritizing which prospect accounts to target.
