Super Useful for ABM Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It's super useful to send out ads based on customer lists and keywords. It's also integrated to create lists for social and email ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little hard to use - it would be recommended to have an "owner" of the system and that be their only role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out ads to account lists and re-marketing to them via other platforms
Powerful DSP
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One makes it easy to target display ads based on very specific criteria. I love the integration with SFDC and Marketo becuase we can enhance campaign performance and conversion acceleration through the marketing funnel by targeting specific accounts and people with the same content we're emailing. The reporting is very helpful for our sales team as well to identify accounts that haven't had any sales touches in a certain amount of time but they have been qualified by marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the reporting can be compelling, I'm am sometimes skeptical in terms of influenced revenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One provides a unique way to target ads from an ABM standpoint. It helps immensely with brand awareness and building trust with a specific audience that may be unfamiliar with our brand. This ultimately benefits our sales team with increased conversion rates when we're able to target accounts before they reach out because they already recognize our company name. Demandbase One also helps facilitate collaboration between marketing and sales to ensure we're targeting the right accounts and influencing them to be more active on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the Demandbase One team works with you and supports you in your business needs from the first sales call. Demandbase One support responds very quickly, you always know the status of your ticket, and they seem happy to help you when you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't like the user experience because it's not very intuitive. But once you get the hang of it, it gets easier. Other than that, both the platform and the team have been very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmenting lists and running targeted programs is easy, and the platform allows you to see results in multiple ways. Communication and training have been excellent and ensured a smooth transition and launch.

It provides valuable insights to be able to find hot leads

It is difficult to export people out of Demandbase into our CRM/Sales outreach tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find people are engaged and researching topics that I can help solve for.
Valuable tool from a sales and marketing perspective
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like most about it is that it allows us to see which companies in different geographic areas are searching for our products, helping our team to establish more timely touchpoints and thus be able to tailor our messages to their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase has allowed us to achieve excellent and impactful results for our organization. I have nothing negative to say about the platform, it has always performed well and allowed us to personalize our interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DemandBase has been great in every aspect. Throughout the time we have been using it, the growth and success of the organization has been incredible. It helped us move to account-based marketing and allowed our salepeople to be proactive and learn about prospects and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that they are very helpful and always there when we need them. They also provide built-in list building, data enrichment, and campaigns. I find it to be an easy-to-use tool the most part, with numerous tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase One does not provide detailed information about who accesses our site; I assume due to privacy requirements. Also, limitations on playbooks and account listing can be limiting, but it's a good start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The journey stage reports are a customer favorite. Demandbase One also makes campaign management easy. You can tell the people who set up the campaigns and the platform know what they're doing. Our customer service has also been excellent.
First-class account-based marketing (ABM) tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that customer service is quick to respond, it has been very helpful on several occasions. It provides a secondary layer of information that i helpful. I love having a complete view of each auddience. We can get a lot of different data from our accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports could be improved to be a bit more comprehensive, they are a bit basic. I would like to see more visibility into contact activity, the number of integrations could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the platform for digital ads, it has allowed us to solve some of our biggest problems. It has been a great tool for multiple reasons. It also allowd us to get up and running immediately with great ease. It provides actionable data for marketers.
Extremely simple, it allows you to configure different shapes
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to configure rules, the setup in incredibly simple, it's very easy to use. I like the ability to customize deduplication rules. It makes it easy to set up data cleansing scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to get a comprehensive view of the results. There is no way to specify system defaults. I would also like the ability to run more detailed reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to solve many data challenges, we have had a great experience with support. It also helps us avoid duplicates in our database. It helps in performing bulk updates. The quality of our data has improved since we implemented the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the use of CRM's own data to build machine learning models. Demandbase also allows you to see account highlights and engagement trends. I also love that it allows you to generate seamless reports to see to account activity on a weekly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about Demandbase, it has worked flawlessly for the entire time we have used it. I love that it offers engagement tracking, display advertising, orchestration capabilities, and website personalization in one platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Demandbase to launch ABM campaigns to the right accounts that display the right buyer signals. Additionally, it has given us the ability to create propensity models specific to our global regions.
Valuable tool from a sales and marketing perspective
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user interface of the tool itself, which allows you to add custom labels and fields and views to dashboards and reports. I also love the ability to personalize experiences by being able to create custom lists with many different filters/selectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to say about this platform. One of the main reasons I use DemandBase is the customer service, it is fantastic, always up to date with our concerns and engaged with our main goals at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One is an absolutely essential tool for those companies or organizations that want to understand which potential clients or which accounts they should prioritize. In our case, it helped us better understand our audiences and thus improve our market objectives.
