3/4-baked intent platform, right sometimes, but lots of false positives

What do you like best about the product?
I love seeing the people using keywords that match with my company and finding the companies that I can target. This increases my chances of finding someone in a buying cycle. It easily connects to Salesforce and my company's software
What do you dislike about the product?
I find many people who's servers are opening emails, but the person isn't. Sometimes, "net new" people are actually already being worked by someone in my company and I wish I could effectively filter those people out so I don't double up on outreach. Because of that, I only use it 1 time a week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to guage which people an accounts are in the market for my software. This lets me focus on propsects that are more likely to buy

What do you like best about the product?
Slack integration is great - and it's a very comprehensive platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very comprehensive to the point where it's a bit overkill and difficult to navicate.

Intent based data to ensure the most ideal ABM motions forward across sales and marketing.

Robust platform with a seamless user interface

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is visually appealing and simple to navigate. I enjoy the ability to upload multiple static lists and then create a master dynamic list that changes based on custom selectors. The reporting data is also very detailed and allows you to export everything into Excel. By keeping multiple campaigns under one umbrella label, it is very easy to generate metrics over a custom set time period. The ability to user keyword intent data is also an essential feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to remove specific countries from a campaign. You can do this, but it requires a workaround in which you go back and only choose all the countries you'd like to include (rather than simply removing one country from a Global campaign).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase is allowing us to execute Account-based Marketing campaigns and reach target accounts with relevant advertising. The ability to upload account lists and then build keyword intent provides us with the means to reach contacts who are actively searching for our solutions. This provides a targeted approach, with the budget allocated to the companies that will resonate most with our content. Through Demadnbase analytics, we can see the accounts that have increased engagement and page views on our website after being served ads.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature with Demandbase is being able to track IP addresses for the prospects who doesn't have names, being able to see the location and cross-referencing this with Sales Navigator and persona to find the ideal person doing research.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing I don't like about Demandbase is sometimes the data is skewed on what was looked at from an asset level or even hitting the site is not always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase is helping solve and track account level data to help me dictate which accounts I should prioritize over others

If you're not using Demandbase, you're not even doing Marketing!

What do you like best about the product?
I work for a Global company, and most of my 'scoring' is set up by a global team. Demandbase gives me the ability to score my Accounts based on rules that I can set locally. As the regional marketing operations manager, I have more control using Demandbase, and this makes finding accounts that are likely to become sales opportunites much easier. Plus the onboarding/implimentation was very smooth, and our CSM is AMAZING and super repsonseive! Demandbase has educated staff and knows how to best use them!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't really found antying that I dislike about Demandbase One.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase is helping us find customers, be them existing or new, that are in market for our products. We're also able to serve up display ads to potential customers. We're benefiting from the platform by seeing accounts visiting our sites and knowing that they are interested in us.

Damandbase One helps maximize sales productivity and provides valuable insights to help understand what areas of IT support prospects may need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is not always accurate and log in issues are often frustrating. Also seems to be a lot of nuances when importing data into CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to identify new potential clients increasing sales pipeline

Most of the titles that are there are irrelevant to me which makes a lot of the data irrelivent.

Not Your Mother's ABM Platform

What do you like best about the product?
The customization of our account targeting, customer journey, and account engagement is unmatched. Demandbase offers a platform that helps you customize your audience targeting with their wide set of parameters and intent data, not a static database with limited filter capabilities. The platform integrates (almost) seamlessly with our own site, CRM platform, and other social ad networks. Targeting in APAC and EMEA is much higher quality than we've seen historically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing a large number of campaigns to implement a new feature is a very manual process due to no "edit multiple" feature and the page load times. With new features being added frequently, there's a lot of time required to add these. Adjusting campaign budget's is confusing (but not completely impossible) due to their purchase order front requirement. The UI can be glitchy at times but is typically fixed with a refresh or cache clearing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase gives us an accurate picture of our target market, provides clear intent data when the target market is showing interest, and lets us get right in front of the right audience at the right time. On our previous platform we had to take a lot of guesses on who we were marketing to and if the right audience was getting our messages. We get a much clearer picture now of our marketing efforts and how they're contributing to the overall pipeline.
