Amazing Support and Robust Easy to Use Product
What do you like best about the product?
We feel so supported by the Demandbase team from onboarding all the way to building the platform out customized to our specific needs.
Our customer success advisor, Jennie, is so communicative and always chases down answers to our questions to resolve any requests quickly. The technology is also so easy to use once your become familiar with the robust features they offer.

Demandbase is a crucial tool to support our ABM strategies.
The best ABM platform for experienced ABMers
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a Demandbase user for over a decade. They have always been the most accurate platform to identify anonymous website visitors and their account-based advertising DSP is far superior to anything else on the market, but their acquisition of Engagio has been a game changer when it comes to account scoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some less experienced users may get overwhelmed with all of the options and fexibility. The thing that frustrates me the most is the fact that the advertising impressions and clicks are not scorable or viewable as activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase is the core technology used to execute our account-based go-to-market strategy. We use it for account prioritization, sales and marketing alignment, account intelligence, and ad targeting.
DB has the customization necessary to build the system we needed. Great customer service too.
What do you like best about the product?
DB let's you get as creative as you want when it comes to building your ABM system. The ability to create custom fields and segments and predictive scoring models, automated triggers for accounts and people, the integartion with Salesloft for our SDRs - all of these allow us to make a system that works for us.
Implementation was easy - just ask all the questions and ask for help.
I use the product every day and am responsible for creating the target account lists, filling the Salesloft cadences for SDR, building the scoring model and creating advertising campaigns for new business, cross sell and pipeline acceleration.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside are some small quirks with automations. It rarely happens, it's easy to fix and support is quick to help.

We needed to improve our GTM beyond the demand created by our Field Marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase easily uncover account details and identification to view who is visiting our website and what page that they are looking. Find people within the company that hold the power for software purchasing process. Integrate with Reachdesk to manage prospect engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislike with this platform. I have quite an experience using their platform to manage our complex B2B data.

Prioratizing account with buyer intent and high-score in the predictive score for account that is ready to buy. Target the account with personalize marketing content and engage with the key-account.

Simple operation to setup predictive model and score. Use the machine learning to find account that fits our ideal customer profile. Connect with TechTarget to create purchase intent insights.

The AI smart bidding for advertising campaign has truly help us in determining when to bid and how much to bid for advertising. It has saves us with analyzing work and making a wiser decision.

Demanbase One is a data and analytics based account that can easily handles all the buyer intent account signals and filtering process. Accurate in predictive scoring and fast implementation with my CRM software.

I have no dislike. Demandbase has all that my organization need to make the analyzing and prediction process easy.

Pipeline predict score has now optimized to self-analyzed keywork that might work with our business niche. This process is automatic and it has saves my time from manual analyzing process.
Suitable platform to uncover marketing insights
What do you like best about the product?
I am very happy with model builder that can easily used to predict pattern on prospect and scoring the based on the model objective. Easy to implement the workflow and has many features to pick and choose account that satisfy all the filter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some company details isn't available by using the InsideView and we still have to manually googling for their information. Overall, we are satisfied with the experience.

Prospect listing and buyer intent account size has grown for more than 40% after Demandbase One deployment. It is a great success and we able to tripled the revenue compared from last quarter.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales intelligence by Demanbase One can easily help with prospect engagement and uncover hidden customer or company details. The platform will reccomend account based on the hostory and real-time status on the dashboard. Fast implementation with our CRM software.

No dislike. Demandbase One's customer support is one of the most excellent and active in helping us to fix bugs and sync issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One provide a great insights for account or company that are visiting our websites and which page that they show most interest. The tracking setup is easy to use and I use it to capture visitor analytics detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I really dislike about this platform. Most of the tools is easy to operate with great support for troubleshooting from the support team.

Work well and has no dislike from me. I am able to setup the platform with my CRM software and it work smoothly without any errors.
