A powerful ABM platform for mature teams — but with a steep learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One is one of the most complete ABM platforms in the market. The quality of intent data and the precision in identifying and prioritizing target accounts are impressive. It helps align marketing and sales around the same goals and provides a clear picture of where to focus efforts. I also appreciate how it integrates well with Salesforce and HubSpot, making it easier to operationalize ABM strategies at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel overwhelming at first. It takes time, training, and internal alignment to get the most out of it. The interface is not always intuitive, and setting up dashboards or automations can require technical expertise. Pricing is also on the higher side, which makes it more suitable for enterprise-level teams with dedicated resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One helps bring focus and alignment between marketing and sales by identifying which accounts are most likely to convert. It solves the challenge of wasted effort on low-intent leads by surfacing the companies that are actively researching or showing buying signals. The platform’s intent data and account insights help us prioritize outreach, personalize campaigns, and measure engagement in a more strategic way. As a result, we’ve been able to improve pipeline quality, shorten sales cycles, and strengthen collaboration across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase can do it all - for Marketing, Sales, Operations, and more. For advertising, it has unsurpassed multinational reach. And our team is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase can do it all! Hah... too much, sometimes. The platform can be a lot to handle with so many features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our Sales & Marketing organization to be aligned on data and speak the same language with an account-centric approach.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to integrate my tools and simply navigate through the platform. It is easy to use, and the staff is even easier to work with. I hope other tools can follow their lead on effectiveness and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to come up with something I dislike… With technology there are always gaps with time to roll out, but have not experienced anything significant.

What do you like best about the product?
We access Demandbase via our paid media agency, Mediahub. What I appreciate most about the platform is the intent and engagement data it provides for our key accounts.

Currently, we are using a very simplified version, but we are interested in expanding its use cases for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
We utilize Demandbase for advertising deployment to our key target audience and find the platform to be seamless and easy to use.

Some of the intent data and visualization can be improved to make it easier to share insights with the sales team around key opportunities.

Demandbase is helping us solve the identification of key accounts that are showing signs of intent as we look to provide the Sales team with more insights around corporates they should spend more time targeting. It solves the quality vs. quantity challenge.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase has empowered us to take insights to the next level. We're especially inmpressed with the Sales Intelligence tool which has enabled our Business Development team to quickly view a snapshot of activity, intent, engagement and more from their accounts.

Looking forward to some additional roadmap items that will streamline insights even more.

I like that it's very easy to use and integrates easily with other tools. It creates a unified view of data, insights, actions, and results. I love that we can send an email to multiple clients as if we were sending it individually.

This platform offers the easiest setup I have experienced so far, along with outstanding customer support and fast-paced feature development that clearly prioritizes the needs of its users. I have no complaints; thanks to this platform, the majority of our outbound sales processes are now fully automated.

We primarily use it to automate email sequences and identify business opportunities. It helped us identify potential customers and focus on the best opportunities. Additionally, since using this platform, we've increased our prospecting potential.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the integration with my corporate Gmail is seamless, making it easy to automatically connect to my current workflow. One of the new features I'm increasingly enjoying about Demandbase One is the improved customization and multithreading capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just want to mention that many integration options aren't yet available, more software integration would certainly be a huge advantage. And on rare occasions, Demandbase One generates rather absurd messages.

I find it extremely useful when I'm looking to personalize mass emails for potential clients. It reduces my time by countless hours each week. Demandbase One allows me to streamline these manual tasks and free up time for other tasks.
