What do you like best about the product?
The tracking is honestly the best part. I don’t have to guess if someone is interested anymore. It’s saved me a ton of time on cold calls. Once you finally figure out how to use all the filters, it’s a beast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a huge pain to learn. Don't expect to just log in and get it. If your current customer list is a mess, this won't fix it—it’ll just show you a mess in a new format. Also, the reporting screens are kind of annoying if you like to play with your data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stops from wasting my breath on the wrong people so i can spend my energy closing the ones who actually want to talk.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Demandbase One has completely changed my daily outreach approach. Using site visit intelligence, I can see which target accounts are visiting our site and which specific pages they're viewing. The real-time alerts in Slack allow me to reach out at the moment of peak interest, significantly improving my connection rates. I also appreciate the smart scoring and deep insights, along with account intelligence, intent data, and technographics. Access to a database of 176 million B2B contacts is a huge plus. I find Demandbase Selector and website personalization very good, as they help map out and track how accounts move from awareness to engagement. The sales playbooks, Demandbase advertising, escalation engine, ABX orchestration, and marketing tools save me a lot of time, making my experience with Demandbase One very positive. The unified bases and these tools together provide a great overall experience for B2B business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a few weeks to get used to the interface, but the payoff in saved time was worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One has improved my outreach by providing site visit intelligence, real-time alerts, and smart scoring. It saves time with advertising and marketing tools, and enhances experiences with personalized journeys, account intelligence, and insights, making it great for B2B.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Demandbase One to run and measure our account-based marketing in one place. I like that it helps us identify target accounts, understand buying intent, personalize outreach, and align sales and marketing around the same data. It solves the frustration of not knowing which accounts are worth my time and clearly shows which companies are showing intent, allowing me to focus on the right accounts. I love having everything in one place like intent data, account insights, and campaign performance because it makes it easy to focus on what's working. Intent data shows me which accounts are actively researching solutions, and account insights provide a clearer picture of engagement, while campaign performance highlights what's driving the pipeline. The initial setup was easy, and once integrations were connected, everything came together smoothly, allowing us to start seeing value quickly. It works well with tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, which helps keep account data, campaigns, and sales activity aligned in one flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Demandbase One, reporting can feel a bit complex at times, and there’s definitely a learning curve when you first start. A more intuitive dashboard and simpler customization would make it even better.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Demandbase One is efficient and user-friendly, which saves me time. I find its capability in accelerating sales cycles quite valuable as it helps in identifying the right decision-makers within buying groups and reaching them at their peak interest, allowing the team to move deals through the funnel faster. I appreciate the reduced waste from its native B2B DSP, since it ensures advertising budgets are spent only on the accounts that matter. I also enjoy the higher conversion rates due to personalized web experiences and shortened, auto-filled forms, which are powered by data enrichment, leading to lower bounce rates and more completed registrations. The initial setup of Demandbase One was very easy, which was a great start to the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the integration 'glitchiness' with Demandbase One. There's a sync latency issue, where there are occasional delays in data syncing between Demandbase and CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot. This can result in sales reps seeing slightly outdated intent signals.

What do you like best about the product?

Honestly, the platform works quite well overall, but some areas could improve particularly around custom reporting and dashboard setup. At times, building tailored dashboards requires multiple steps and some technical knowledge, which is not that user-friendly and can slow down quick analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One helps on getting data-centric decisions faster. It also reduces cost by not being have to hire consultants.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still has need improvements when it comes to user inteface. I think that should be developed for implementing to other screens and also scraping infos, auto-generation etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I particularly love the ability to see the "buying groups" within an account, which helps our sales team know exactly who to multi-thread with. It also integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platform.

The interface can also feel a bit overwhelming for newer reps until they are thoroughly trained on where to look for the right signals.

Demandbase solved our prioritization problem. By surfacing high-intent accounts, we have increased our pipeline velocity and aligned our sales and marketing teams around a single source of truth for account engagement.
