Demandbase is a critical part of setting up my areas of focus for the day/week.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to look at meaningful interactions while filtering out marketing touches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to flip between different lists that I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to take a huge list of accounts and find where there is already interest in my company.
Essential for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is a powerful tool for a sales team to be able to find relevant prospects and be able to see their level of engagement. It's easy to use, easy to implement in the team, easy to integrate with technology, the customer support is great, and has great features. I use it everyday to review hot prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails and phone numbers are not always accurate.

It's helping me see what prospect to reach out to.
Demandbase empowers BDRs to best prioritize accounts!
What do you like best about the product?
My team leverages Demandbase as a compass or North Star. By surfacing accounts/prospects showing intent (either by web page visits, competitive searches, content downloads, etc.), BDRs can know exactly which accounts they should prioritize & where to spend time with extremely targeted outreach. We are entering an era where mass-blasting spam & templates will soon become obsolete - Demandbase helps sales teams be very intentional with their outreach. The UI is great & Demandbase can act as a "command center" for BDR teams in their day-to-day. The live slack alerts for page visits are genius!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's taken a long time for my org to adopt Demandbase. I think there could have been more customer support or training to get everyone on board. If there was more transparency on what the data means & how it's collected, I think it would be easier to get buy-in from teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One helps with account prioritization and showing prospect intent/competitive intent. It helps BDR & sales team to prioritize certain accounts & where to spend time on extremely targeted outreach.
A good platform with great insights
What do you like best about the product?
It has such a breadth of data to use and explore.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards aren't optimised to take such a large amount of data and deliver it in the best possible way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to take a holistic look at an entire account vs just looking at leads, contacts or opportunities. This means we're getting much more powerful insights that we can utilise within our salesd and ,arketing asctivities.

- There are some glitches within the tool that development need to work on
- Timely sync times between integrations (varies between 1 minute and 1 day)

Longtime happy Demandbase user
What do you like best about the product?
Essential tool for both reaching our target accounts and in understanding whether they're in a buying cycle or not. Demandbase really upended the world of demand generation for the better nearly a decade ago, and they allow me as a marketer to see which web pages I've built have value; which keywords my target accounts care about; how "ready to buy" an account is and - of most value - helps to rally the sales and marketing teams around who we want to go out and close each quarter, and who's going to need more attention to get them down the hidden funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a set-it-and-forget-it tool. While most orgs don't need a dedicated "ABM manager" - demand generation and even B2B marketing IS ABM now - it does require strong set-up and monitoring skills, and it requires an organization that is fully bought-in to using it correctly - it pays for itself quickly if there's buy-in, it can be become an albatross if not. (Albeit not too expensive). Thankfully Demandbase has great CS and support and have provided us with talking points, tools and materials to help bring the org on board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's showing us a funnel of accounts that are completing their buyers' journey without us otherwise even knowing about it. That's hugely valuable and helps set the tone for what we do in sales and marketing.
Efficient tool - tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent reports, great snapshot dashboards to gain multiple levels of insights off of MQLs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Link to salesforce is broken; would like that view in my SFDC instance.

Intent dashboards help visualize touch points & exact person / subject matter to make it easy to assess & strategize plan.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase's precision in targeting the right audience is remarkable. The platform's ability to identify and engage with high-value accounts aligns perfectly with our account-based marketing strategy. This has significantly improved the efficiency of our campaigns and boosted our overall ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform, while robust, has a bit of a learning curve. Navigating through all the features and understanding how to leverage them to their fullest potential took some time. A more intuitive onboarding process or additional training resources could be beneficial for users, especially those new to account-based marketing.

Identifying and targeting high-value accounts manually can be time-consuming and often lacks precision.
