Gives insight into what people and companies are interested in
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best parts of this is the analytics you see on your website. You can track what companies are visiting certain pages, and how often. This is especially important for knowing which strategies and messaging are working.
In terms of support, I was able to get help on the phone within 20 minutes due to an issue I had loading something. I would say I use it every day at this point - and see data integrated into my SalesForce account.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more individual customizability. Some keywords aren't relevant to certain accounts but still count on their score. Additionally, sometimes the formatting of the website doesn't work on my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me understand who's interested in our products and what web pages are relevant to them.
Robust Platform for ABM Advertising
What do you like best about the product?
Very robust platform for setting up and managing animated and personalized display ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Which files they accept in building ad creative aren't exactly accurate. For example, we utilize TrueType font files in our animated HTML5 ads, but the system doesn't recognize those as an acceptable file type. As a result, we must send one of their developers the files to build which means it takes a few extra days to set up a campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables personalized advertising capabilites to our marketing mix which tend to receive a higher CTR than general ads.
Great ABM Software for Growing Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's giving us a way to show marketing's influence on our key accounts. We can target, track, and report on all of our ABM efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot integration is lacking a lot of key features compared to the Salesforce integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Demandbase to run account based marketing campaigns.
Valuable for targeted outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Home dashboard makes it easy to see who has the most valuable engagement with your company and help prioritize your outreach efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since there is a lot of information provided it can be overwhelming to know where to look after the home dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with enterprise accounts means there are thousands of possible contacts for me to reach out. It is a big challenge to know how to prioritize my outreach efforts. Demandbase One simplifies this process and allows me to save time knowing who my top targets should be.

What do you like best about the product?
Gives you account engagement. So maybe you have 10 prospects at an account who do just below your mql threshold in activity it gathers up their scores and gives an account mql. That being said I have never once converted an account mql into an opportunity. Maybe I just don't know how to leverage the information but for me personally not worth the time invested in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are Not actually seeing results in the form of meetings set and opportunities created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding accounts that are interested in our products and services that regular MQLs might miss.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see what accounts are engaged in our marketing and sales literature and how you can break down that intent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulting sorting through soft intent / leveraging the accounts expressing interest more quickly.

Helping understand which accounts in our TAM are expressing buying interest.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Demandbase on a weekly basis to surface contacts showing more interest in my company. I can also get insight into org's that are more likely to buy our products. It helps me identify accounts and contacts I should be tartgeting that show greater interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to see more contacts in companies that are showing interest in my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying companies and contacts with greater interest to purchase. I use this data to know who to target.
Strong Ad Platform - Constantly improving
What do you like best about the product?
DB One makes it really easy to launch a display campaign and has many great features and plug-ins. Our customer support team is knowledgable and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation of DB One is extremely involved and takes several months to roll out. It is highly technical and takes 8-12 months to learn detailed campaign launches and data reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization uses DB One's ad platform to build audiences, launch campaigns and analyze display advertising tactics.

Being able to see who opens the emails I sen dout.

Does not specifically tell you who is opening it.

Giving me visability into my prospects. It is allowing me to get more responses and meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase offers a sophisticated suite of tools for marketing & sales teams. Our program has had great success taking full advantage of Advertising tools such as predictive scoring, intent models, and personalization to not only identify our best accounts but serve up the right ads at the right moment. The Demandbase team is an absolute pleasure to work with and feels more like an extension of our own team rather than an external partner. They foster a highly collaborative crossfunctional environment and empower us to stay on the forefront of ABM innovation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase is so robust that non-power users can feel easily overwhelmed. Simplification of the experience remains key for adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One solves two main problems: account selection & personalization for marketing programs and sales intelligence. With DB1, we're better equipped to find the best accounts for our programs that are most likely to respond and turn into opportunities. We're also able to run a seller enablement program to help sellers prioritize their territories.
