A great ABM platform for the one who enjoys personalization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the level of detailed data we are able to extract from this platform. The insights are unbeatable. My favorite demandbase capabilites are the deanonymizined web data and the ability to create very detailed journey stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only downside to Demandbase is the need to request certain features be activated by support. It seems like a time waste to have to have to email support and wait for them to give you the access to a feature you are already paying for. A newer custom might not know they need to do this and therefore might miss out on a valuable insight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the anonymous web visits and helps sales better prioritize their outreach.

Always helpful when reaching out for support, relatively easy to use as well from a sales view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform needs to be set up correctly, and if it isn't the sales indicators may not be accurate always.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase allows my team to have direction and prioritize accounts in a meaningful way.
Demandbase One: Pros and Cons of a Leading ABM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Because it is simple to use, offers a plethora of insights, can automate processes, and interfaces with other systems, Demandbase One is a favorite of mine. These tools have made it easier for me to find high-intent accounts, develop more individualized and pertinent marketing campaigns, and automate a lot of the ABM-related chores. I heartily endorse Demandbase One for any company trying to enhance its ABM outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple Demandbase One features that I don't like. The reporting interface might use some improvement in terms of usability, and when there are numerous accounts and numerous keywords specified for intent programs, it can occasionally be slow. Demandbase's data export and API connection both have a high initial cost, which might be reduced if they were bundled into the regular license. Demandbase One has really impressed me overall, and I think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One provides solutions for finding high-intent accounts, developing individualized and pertinent marketing campaigns, and automating numerous ABM-related operations. This is advantageous to me because it enables me to concentrate on more strategic tasks and enhance my ABM outcomes. Demandbase One has specifically assisted me in identifying a set of high-intent accounts that I was previously unaware of. It aids in the development of more individualized and pertinent marketing strategies, which increase click-through and conversion rates.
Intent insights in a user friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
Intent information on our products in a very user friendly interface. We alos get to see accounts visiting our webiste, which can be pirticularly useful in retargeting.
They have exhaustive lists of Keywords as well.
Personlisation on ads is an amazing feature, definitely should be leveraged.

What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive platform as the CPM is higher than other ad platforms.
Also would definitely want data of job titles engaging and not only account level information.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us in our ABM efforts and makes us focus on high intent accounts. Also offers us site analytics that gives us a view of the accounts visiting our website.

High quality ABM targeting options
What do you like best about the product?
I think the engagement minutes and segmentation options are very useful in orde rto tagert the right part of the funnel. I'm also looking forward to using the new language funtionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is fantastic, but extremely complex which makes it hard to understand and navigate at times. Some things/ sections are counterintuitively placed making it difficult to find them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase is helping us get to new customers and new markets that otherwise would.ve been difficult to approach or even unlikely to think about. It's a very good platform to use for pushing people down the funnel and engage with them at every stage of the funnel.
Amazing intent tool, easy to use, able to dive deep
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase has helped the marketing and sales teams learn more about their prospects, current customers, partners and more. This allows us to further understand their needs and journey, allowing us to better sell and market to them but above all allows us to better serve our prospects and help them succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase does not have many cons! Sometimes it takes a while to load updates from SFDC, such as the account owners. Other times it takes a while for a person to go from unknown to known, keeping their info (useful info) as anonymous, but that is mostly due to cookies not the actual tool! We love demandbase!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase helps to identify potential buyers' intent with our software we offer. This helps us to understand their needs, buying journey, and more. Helping us to further understand the prospect's needs and sell to them in a more efficient manner, accelerating our sales funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
DemandBase allows me to provide a tailoered experience to my prospective clients. I can come to meetings prepared with relevant info and case studies, and I know where my time is best spent on my accounts to ensure I hit my goals. It is accessible, easy to add to your daily routine, and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
DemandBase takes some practice to learn how to navigate, and even more practice to filter relevant data. It is VERY packed with data, and can be overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DemandBase allows me to see WHEN my cleints are searching our solutions, and keywords help me match to the teams that are activley researching.

Demandbase firmographics provides significant insights for account level engagement on the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my eight years of using the tool, I have only experienced it getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is provinding us account-level enagement and intent signals, which are exteremely essential for us to track campaign effectivess and plan user journeys based on intent.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to customize dashboards and subscriptions for our sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like we have a lot of questions around the advertising portion so I would like to have a little more insight into that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are offering us insight into who net new accounts that we have yet to touch in our marketing efforts.
Great account based information but sometimes difficult to navigate.

Demandbase One is a very rich and intuitive platform. The account based information provided is very helpful in allowing me to find a valuable reason to reach out to a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform is very information rich, and decently user friendly, it's hard to decide which info to use as the most valid method of outreach. Sometimes filtering through the different tabs on the left side can be a bit cumbersome and confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One is giving me a reason to reach out as a salesperson. It's arming me with account based info that I can use to help generate an appropriate message to send.
