Great tool for ABM

What do you like best about the product?
Three things:
1) ABM made easy using demandbase because of it's 3rd party database
2) keyword intent is super helpful in targeting
3) Sales intelligence feature is great
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Accuracy- feels like only 30% data is accurate
2) Unexplored tool- many new changes comes up on the go
3) sometimes queries are unresolved as even the expert encounter error for 1st time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardizing the tool it's an ongoing process now reports are inline with expectation

Using Demandbase One for Marketing Campaigns and Orchestrations

What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use interface, the platform's insights into engagement minutes, intent data, and so forth is really great. I like how Demandbase gives us a daily snapshot into our account's activity each morning, and automates processes (such as advertising campaigns or orchestrations) that would otherwise be time consuming, so we can focus our attention elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one gripe with Demandbase is that it does not give you contact-level data or insights, which is typically the case with these types of platforms. It won't let us get as granular as we originally hoped, but we are definitely finding work arounds for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase is helping us to identify targets/suspects/leads earlier in the process by identifying their acitvities and scoring them appropriately - by refining our scoring model with Demandbase, we're able to generate more qualified leads for sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful two features are web insights and the keyword intent. Using the two functionalities in conjunction gives you so much leverage and great talk tracks for cold calling. If gives you topic points to focus on in your emails and calls in hopes of garnering a meaningful interaction with your potential prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is still chunky and lacking. It would be great to click a button to easily navigate back to 'My Accounts' dashboard. It's more of a nuisance and you can learn to navigate around it, but I wouldn't consider it intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase is bridging the gap between sales plays and account-based prospecting. It allows you to see intent, website engagement, and keyword searches for a multi-prong sales/marketing campaign to create warmth. It gives you the ability to "see" what the account is interested in so that you can create emails and talk tracks to be better prepared when you do make contact with a potential prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
provides a snapshot and easy to use format of prospects to go after
weekly emails
user friendly
can use across multiple industries and hundreds of accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike - I cant really think of one as have used
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping me find the best customers to prospect- use the best keywords which have been searched to amend and make my propsecting better
I would say business performance has increased as using the top personas has led to meetings

The speed was fast. it can handle rapid growth.

there really no downsides. Sometimes the PDF got stuck, but it was not a problem

the rapid growth in the company to handle the load of the database.the system is fast and easy to use for the team. the applications are also easy to use in the database.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful to see who is engaging and in what areas. Especially for customers who have been unresponsive. Provides technology and marketing emails to target them in that specific field.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to see the actual user data and what specific webpages they are visiting. More cost effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to provide insight into what a customer is thinking. Potentially about topics that you were unaware there was an interest/need for.

What do you like best about the product?
DemandBase One is a great tool to help me understand how my prospects and customers are interacting with our website and provides actionable insights for me to use in reaching out to them to follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of ways to interact with Demandbase One that I have not yet mastered, so I think there is an opportunity to learn how to use it better, which would increase its effectiveness.

DemandBase One is a great tool to help me understand how my prospects and customers are interacting with our website and provides actionable insights for me to use in reaching out to them to follow up.

Powerful tool for your ABM strategy

What do you like best about the product?
We create a strong relationship with sales and marketing because we can take sales feedback and target the right kind of account. I also love that we have direct access to support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike. Demandbase allowed us to get up and running because we were set up with a great account manager and onboarding manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now use intent to inform our content and better target our customers and non-customers. It's so easy to target churn risks and prospective customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to see what sites your prospects are on and how much time is spent looking at content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't receive immedate alerts for inbound activity that is prospect-generated. I wish I could receive instant alerts on a specific prospect or account. Also, no specific persona is tied to my alerts from Demandbase, so it doesn't help in providing a specific person to reach out to. The home dashboard is a bit clunky and confusing to manage. There is so much information on demandbase but it isn't very User-intuitive on being able to click through a lot of accounts at once. I wish my home dashboard was easier to manage and customize. I wish I could create reports on specific industries or prospect roles to see inbound activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been having issues with the login constantly loading but my IT team restarts it for me and then it works. Sometimes it times out from taking so long to try to log in.
