What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Demandbase One is how it makes prospecting easy and smart. It gives me clear signals on which accounts are ready to buy, helps me find the right contacts quickly, and saves a ton of time on research. The real-time alerts and smooth CRM integration keep me focused on the hottest leads, making my outreach more effective and helping me hit my targets consistently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data isn’t perfectly clean or up to date, which means extra effort is needed to validate contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One solves the problem of identifying and prioritizing the right accounts for sales and marketing teams. It uses AI and intent data to show which companies are actively researching or ready to buy, so sales reps like me focus only on high-potential leads. This means less time wasted on cold outreach and more meaningful conversations with prospects who are already engaged.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is easy to use has some excellent reporting features perfect for measuring trends over time for your target accounts. I also love the intuitive account scoring feature, and while we haven't set ut up yet, I imagine it's equality valuable for companies that use leads and receive a lot of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main reason I stay with Demandbase is customer service. I have nothing to say about this platform, our CSM is fantastic, forward-thinking, and prioritizes our goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase helped us migrate to account-based marketing. For our organization, the most impactful features is the ability to personalize experiences by creating custom lists with various filters or selectors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's very effective at improving account-based marketing, it takes a proactive rather than reactive approach to customer needs. It also allows us to proactively address customer needs by providing predictive insights into their behavior and intentions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase is ideal for my outreach campaigns. Since using this platform, we've seen greater personalization in our marketing strategies and improved communication between teams and departments.

We use Demandbase to monitor engagement across the organization and connect with our potential customers when they're ready to buy. This also allows us to stay significantly ahead of the competition.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform integrates with a wide variety of systems and tools. It allows you to find new potential customers by analyzing web activity. I like that it provides me with the specific names of those of those who have viewed our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase has been a perfect fit for our business needs, and we're delighted with its performance so far. It does a great job improving account-based marketing, and we're an account-heavy organization.

We use Demandbase for digital advertising campaign projects, were we refer people to these programs and create account lists. As an outbound marketing specialist, it helps me select accounts to contact, with is critical in my work.

What do you like best about the product?
Their constant contact, strategic guidance, and willingness to work hard made them feel like an extension of our team. For SI, creating a client profile and contacting them via email was very easy, and the interaction is instinctive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics aren't always accurate, but that's a common problem with automated tracking. The downside to all the features is that they take a while to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool offers excellent features for extracting contacts and sending marketing emails from a single location, making it very convenient. The interface is very intuitive, and the lead and contact information is accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and easy to use tool. Amazing user experience and UI. easily integrates with multiple tools. Good customer support with weekly meetings with Account Managers who are very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting dashboards could be improved and more targeting suggestions could be given

I appreciate the flexibility that allows me to optimize and personalize each setting, as well as the built-in settings that provide ease and speed.

I would like to be able to copy/clone existing records created.

info is not always up to date, several times people are no longer there for 3 years already

Not knowing who to talk to at a specific company. Allows me to talk directly with an individual at that company

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to connect with salesforce/Other apps with the help of connected app in simple and less time, Easy to switch the tenant like from production to sandbox or vice versa with in the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
List views setup is easy but should have been more granular, account and contacts fields mapping sometimes it is taking much time to sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have successfully integrated the salesforce application with demand base for two ways syncing of data, it helped us in maintain the quality of data and increasing the sales and building the reports .
