Useful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Demande Base is a tool that if used well allows you to see, day by day, all the customers' intentions and the interactions they carry out on the company website, what they download, how many minutes they spend for that content, very useful as an attempt to engage for a call or an email. The scenario is extensive and also includes an overview about the company name and also the various employees of the company
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, part of the content is also downloaded by our resellers and many customers, for those like me who have to try to engage New Logos, it would be better to also include potential customers, creating a continuous flow between customers and prospects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By also creating dedicated campaigns, drawing the various results from the tool, I can discover new interested customers, involve partners and open up opportunities. Solves daily engagement problems. Understand what happens to that customer or prospect every day, if they have clicked on the content sent, if they have seen anything else on the page
A Must For Any Business!
What do you like best about the product?
love that we are able to sync Demandbase One with Salesforce! The ability to view both platforms together is super helpful! There isn't another platform that can do both!
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful about Demandbase One is if the contact is not in Salesforce, there really isnt a way to find out their information. This is the biggest downfall to Demandbase One.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its great to see who is on your website and what their roles are in the company. WIth this information, I am able to reach out to them to further answer any questions and hopefully gain them as a client.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can view the recent intent of our prospects based on what pages they have visited on our platform. This has provided great insight for conversations when reaching out to specific individuals, which increases the chance of booking more meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't always clear which individual visited your website unless you have the contact saved in your CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing insight into prospect intent to have more meaningful outreach.
The best way to measure interest
What do you like best about the product?
The system stores a vast quantity of information, which is easy to find and comprehend due to the system's many features. After the initial training, we were capable to quickly identify what we required, and we've discovered previously unconsidered perspectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took some time to become accustomed to the system and determine how to maximize the available analytics and reporting tools. The Salesforce integration has contributed to this outcome. Having access to all of Salesforce's data is advantageous, but it also means you may be able to identify any data problems that have been lurking in plain sight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this method, we've been enabled to more precisely link our ABM initiatives to revenue growth. It makes it easier for us to monitor the customer service process.

I have implemented Demandbase at 4 companies now and it is pivotal to a successful ABM and go-to-market strategy.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only "flaw" in Demadbase is the time it can take to master the platform. With so much customization, personalization, and data it can take some time to really dive deep into the platform and realize how powerful it is. However, once you master Demandbase there is no going back. There are no alternatives in the market that can deliver the sophisticated insights that Demandbase can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demadnabse ABM/AMX is pivotal to running successful AMB campaigns. It allows us to:
- Select accounts that are best fit for our business
- Drive sophisticated targeted marketing campaigns to these accounts
- Understand funnel movement, engagement, and time it takes to move accounts through the funnel and into our sales cycle
- Allow sales to understand how their accounts are engaging with us and allow them to reach out with powerful sophisticated messages

Demandbase's ability to bring in customer and prospect data into a single platform for machine learning, in-platform advertising and account scoring gives our organization a leg up in our target account strategy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have millions of accounts in our CRM and Demandbase gives us the insight via machine learning to prioritize accounts and focus our sales and marketing teams on the accounts showing the most intent.
Demandbase is a must have
What do you like best about the product?
Their Advertising Cloud DSP is built for B2B. They have premium publisher sites where your display ads will be promoted and a dashboard that allows you to track how your campaigns are performing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm looking forward to having the multiple journey stages to leverage not only for metrics tracking but also to leverage in our ABM campaigns. The multiple journey stages are imperative for companies who have more than one product or GTM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase solves the problem of not knowing which accounts to prioritize based on their intent and engagement. It allows our sellers to focus on selling to the right accounts who are showing the right buyers signals. It allows our marketers to focus on the accounts that need to increase awareness, engagement or drive accounts down the funnel.

it was pretty accurate, more than most tools i have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
it didn't integrate with my crm at the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sped up my prospecting process and enabled me to reach out to the appropriate decision makers at the company I was targeting
ABM Tool meets Intent
What do you like best about the product?
I have found that Demandbase Sales Intelligence Cloud is a robust competitor intelligence tool mixed with an intent tool that we use for outbound prospecting into our named territories. It shows us a ton of info on what companies are spiking in intent for topics relevant to our organization and allows us to create a strategy around prospecting these companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the hardest part about Demandbase Sales Intelligence Cloud has been its robustness. It is not a tool that I have been able to set up myself, but rather, we need a large team from marketing and business development to help set up our intent searches and ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase Sales Intelligence Cloud is helping our Business Development Group with productivity and strategy when it comes to making an account plan and going after accounts that are in the market or engaging with our company.

What do you like best about the product?
You get to see what customers are actively searching for and therefore can tailor your conversation to meet their needs more closely - where they are not customers you get a "warm" opening.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be more helpful to see the person searching the web rather than just the company - with larger companies, it is impossible to get to the right person.

It is letting us know who and what is interested in our products and solutions and their level of intent.
