Demandbase has become an integral part of our business development and sales process

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is the best solution we've found to turbo-charge our B2B account-based marketing and business development efforts. We can track which companies are reviewing our website and searching for similar solutions in the marketplace. This helps us in two ways. First of all, it provides a good indication of which companies are more likely to respond to our business development efforts since they are already interested in our type of solutions. Secondarily, whenever we launch a marketing campaign and/or our business development reps embark on an outreach campaign, we can tell which of the prospects we targetted have become more interested based on their reviews of our website. In addition to marketing and business development campaigns, Demandbase is also useful in the middle of a sales cycle as we can tell when the interest level of a prospect ebbs and flows based on actions we've taken to progress our sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasions, web traffic detected by Demandbase is not necessarily indicative of interest in our solutions and picks up job seekers trying to learn more about our products to improve their chances to be hired. It would be ideal if Demanbase could somehow figure out how to discern this behavior and differentiate it from actual interest in our products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
B2B account-based marketing is the cornerstone of our business development efforts and Demandbase is one of the key elements that makes our efforts much more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
With the company data we have uploaded into the campaign, we have reached more than 50% of the targeted companies, Hence we have generated a good amount of brand awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to reach those companies which haven't seen our ads in the Demandbase likewise we can target those companies as well to improve our branding and awareness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to have the option to optimise the campaign via headline or description and also we can have an option of audience expansion or lookalike option to extend the audience size to view our ads to more audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
I love to see what accounts are visiting our marketing assets or showing interest with registrations. It helps me target the right accounts, people at the right time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Specific users when possible instead of just account information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding out who is interested in our product at the right time, so I can prioritize my prospecting efforts!

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to see who has interacted with our website, in what timeframe, in order to be able to establish a target base from an ABM perspective. This helps us round out our inbound approach
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a little bit better of a user interface. Sometimes the activity of the BD team can sway the intent numbers, even if no connection was made with the prospective client

It is allowing us to know who interacted with our website, in what capacity, and where they were driven in from, giving us a solid bases on how to approach them with any next steps

What do you like best about the product?
The best part if that you can see your marketing and sales data all in one place. This becomes you source of truth and is easy to identify engagament levels with specific accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process was a bit long as it requires close collaboration with your internal sales and business operations teams. The training for the sales team was brief and very high level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps identify engagement levels at atrget accounts. This is especially important when you are using an Account-Based Marketing approach as you can focus your resources where you will get the most impact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Doing an internal audit of you current MarTech to avoid having overlap in functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
As a previous Engagio user, I really like that Demandbase kept Engagio's philosophy and added the powerful Demandbase targeting engine. From a user perspective, it was a really successful merger.

The people who are obsessed with data will love Demandbase. There are a ton of report combinations available, my favorite report is getting insights about the buyer journey before opportunity creation. In addition, predictive account scoring is a powerful tool for account prioritization. One more thing, the support team is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is pretty steep and the platform could be overwhelming for new users. The minutes concept could be difficult to setup and require a lot of guessing, I hope they are planning a AI-type scoring system to measure account engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customer 360 view by combining different intent sources.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see whos been interacting with our site so I can make a warmer sales call to the right people. I like that I can see any intent in relevant topics and how long/many pages they visited in a set time frame. given me a specific picture to which accounts to target and why
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't like that some page views are anonymous and that you can see someone was on the demo page but it doesn't say which company let aloone the specific person. it will indicate that a company was on our site for x amount of minutes but when i go to see specifics it doesn't show anyone w/ interacted minutes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its helping with what companies to target and why to create warmer leads to increase sales volume or chnace of sale. its helps to line up my day and create targeted to-dos

What do you like best about the product?
Shows who is looking and what they are looking at. This gives me the direction on exactly which contacts to reach out to and precisely what types of information they are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase doesn't seem to filter out current clients. There are active clients clogging up the top accounts list. It would be nice to be able to check them off and take them off the list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At first, we had DDO leads that were pretty vague. Didn't know who or what was being looked at. Demandbase took it to the next level and actually gave substance to act on.

What do you like best about the product?
Demand base cuts out the clutter by presenting valuable insights about my terriroties activities in a clean dashboard. Whats really helpful are the details specific to the actvities that the prospect has spent time on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly - I am enjoying every part of DB. I use it extensively and love getting the reports that are sent to my inbox on latest activities. Its just a great start to my day as that as a focal point. Some of the email addresses dont work - that isnt great. Id love to get a cell number if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demand base - is giving me rhythm, a kick start, a converstation starter, a continuation to a clients thoughts. I am far more productive as 9/10 of the individuals I contact, are open to extending a conversation with me.
