Great tool to use to heatmap accounts
What do you like best about the product?
engagement reports are good ways to figure out who, what, and what areas of a company is engaging your with your material
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are extremely difficult to create

What do you like best about the product?
The quick visibility into accounts of mine that have expressed interest or viewed or website allows for me to prioritize my prospecting
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit difficult to work with, but I put that to the lack of training I received from my team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Eliminating wasted time prospecting for cold leads when now I have warmer leads to target

What do you like best about the product?
Very insightful when trying to understand buyer intent and make your approach more targetted

At times can be hard to navigate and getting back to the original dashboards

Finding warm prospects
Demandbase is one of the first tools I check when I login during the mornings.
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of detailed info available is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tend to get lost once I'm in the dashboard. I'm not able to use it to it's full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see what my prospects are searching for has helped a great deal in my outreach.

Algorithm needs work
What do you like best about the product?
I like the concept behind it, I like that I could add a person and flag outdated information
What do you dislike about the product?
I was trying to find an individual with a very common name in the company people tab, which was still 168 pages. I had to page through them and the algorithm deactivated my account for suspicious activity. Evidently, the algorithm thinks paging through a lot of pages to find what you are looking for is "suspicious activity."
Several times, I entered a person's name and there were no results or only a few results who were not that person. Then, I would search for their company in the people tab, and they would be there.
If it is up to me, Demandbase will likely not get used. I will find an alternative, instead.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to find several people's LinkedIn profiles. I also flagged a few because they no longer worked where Demandbase listed them working. They had left several years ago.
The Value of Demandbase
What do you like best about the product?
As an Account Executive, the levels of insights available to me are really important as I prospect for new business - whether its in an existing account or a net new account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really would like to see who it is that is searching, without them needing to self-identify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The insights help confirm interest within an account. I've used it to help establish rapport and bring value to my partnership with a vendor that I want to work closely with.
The best intent and ABM targeting platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I love pretty much everything about Demandbase One. The ability to target at the account level and the analytics sections to allow you to report on engagement at both the account and individual level (if they are know) are truly spectacular! We have seen great success using DB1 for our ABM programs and we haven't even unlocked the full power of the platform yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting functionality across objects (from campaigns to accounts) could be better, however, our account team is so stellar that any suggestion I make is taken seriously, discussed and if appropriate added to their product road map. Could not ask for better support!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging target accounts and driving them to our site and content after we have made them aware of Unanet.

Quick and easy to launch campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simply it is to launch a campaign in Demandbase, the platform layout is clear to understand and the actual campaign setup process takes no more that 5 - 10 minutes once you're done with training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times where the website is going really slow, but at least our DB reps are always quick to help us and they jump to action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ABM campaigns, account list setup, keyword list setup. Major benefits for all of these here especially account list setup as you can easily upload a list and apply it to a campaign immediately after. and you can update them! this is key for many of our campaigns.
DemandBase is a great platform and a great team!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how various settings are and how fast and smooth everything works. The team is very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The advertising tab doesn't show campaigns unless you check "watched by ..." box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DemandBase helps with up sales and cross sales for our existing audiences.

Demandbase Review for Enterprises
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to drill down into both account and even contact level journey engagement data. DB1 allows users to understand the full user experience with one's brand from their first involvement with your efforts throughout when an opp is closed/won.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customizability with engagement data in different trend charts to compare year over year data directly in the interface. The only way to do this now is by extracting data now and building out in Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem DB's ABM tool solves is providing an enterprise with engagement/intent data to help curate a content strategy for outbound and inbound efforts.
