I like how it pulls data from different sources to give me the best targets

Sometimes there's too much information. Would like more insights on accounts

Decent ABM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Demandbase brings data from multiple locations into one place to make it easy to execute on an ABM strategy. The integrations are very helpful to make that happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see better reporting functionality when it comes to the advertising side of things. Right now metrics are pretty basic and not super flexible to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ABM helps us execute on our accounts-based-marketing strategy to save time by making it easier to maintain and target specific account lists and to keep our sales team and marketing team in sync.

Consider your entire martech stack and how solid your strategy is before implementing new tools
Great platform for Account Based Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user friendly and easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
When running the Targeted ad campaigns, it only shows the account's website URL and not the full name of the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching to a targeted audience.
Super Intuitive & Capable
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access MAP, CRM, and Demandbase data in a single interface is seriously powerful. The dilemma of having to solve for siloed data is almost completely done away with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more filtering for Demandbase data focused on person-level metrics such as Job Function, Job Level, etc. It would also be nice in the Target Audience screen in the campaign setup if it showed the target audience size instead of just an estimate of the spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest advantage is the ability to isolate and market to our target accounts at scale. Having MAP, CRM, and Demandbase data in a single interface with the ability to include dynamic lists in an ABX campaign or execute on other actions is so nice it's hard to understand until you are able to do it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great product but your data in your CRM (i.e. account names and website values) needs to be in great shape otherwise account matching with CRM data won't work well.
Great tool for hunting
What do you like best about the product?
A wealth of information is available that I can download. I like being able to easily import a list of accounts and obtain contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DemandBase is helping me find contacts in my territory based upon list/s that I can uploda or easily type in. I can then export the information and utilize my CRM tools for hunting.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and provides automated emails that direct you to areas that require attention. It takes the guesswork out of deciding where you need to spend your time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have had no issues with the frequency of information being sent to me or the quality of said information. Demandbase is the absolute best in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where should I spend my time in outreach? Demandbase has the answer. What are people clicking on and paying attention to? Demandbase has the answer. This is a great reference for how to reach out to other prospects!
End-To-End ABM/ABX at scale
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase does a great job of empowering our GTM teams with actionable insights in an easy-to-use all-in-one platform. I love the weekly reports that are sent out to our AEs and SDRs so they can plan their outreach in a strategic way to ensure the RIGHT accounts are being hit with the RIGHT content at the RIGHT time. Our CSMs are great and always ensure we are on the right track. I also love all the enablement and training!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require manual intervention from our CSM team..They are great but it would be awesome to have more self-service options. Also, some of the acquired products still feel like separate products with a bit of a disconnect.

What do you like best about the product?
We started off with Demandbase Classic, which made it very easy to work with existing 'wish lists' we'd been keeping in Discover.com and other sources. However, when the platform switched over into Demandbase One, the integrations and insights available really took the value to a new level. Our ability to review a host of different signals withing potential new verticals gave us very specific feedback, nearly instantly helping us make timely decisions about where to put our ad dollars and our sales team's attention. And, the support from the team there is always top rate (a special shout out to Allison Lawrence for keeping everything cooking with gas.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It was intuitive to understand setting up the lists and filters, and having the support team always responsive made it really quite turnkey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As noted above, being able to match the value of our product offering with new market segments saved us untold amounts of time, money and stress. The dual decision inputs of Qualification Score with the newly added Pipeline predict scores really help us make decisions.

Ability to quickly get useful information and insights about all accounts currently being prospected.

I have no downsides to using Demandbase.

I know have better information as to what content my prospects are engaging with.
Helpful, but not crucial
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the platform *looks* - it has a nice UI and is easy to maneuver. The information is well organized and is easy to comprehend.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most about DemandBase is that the info isn't always helpful in the sense that it doesn't often convert to quality leads.
