Good ABM Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates into our other advertising platforms so are able to implement a cross-platform strategy that utilizes the valuable data that Demandbase is collecting for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It loads really slowly and the reports/dashboards can be a little frustrating to manipulate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using a Surround strategy to bring Accounts into and down the funnel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is probably good enough for your ABM needs unless they are extremely sophisticated, which this can probably handle too.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that DB delivers engagement reports into my email inbox each morning. The reports are provided with a link where users can gain additional insight into buying intent in target accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a small learning curve to understand and make use of Demandbase's filtering options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm always looking for a way to prioritize my time and prospecting efforts. Demandbase takes a lot of the guess work out of understanding who is interested now and where a small sales team like mine should be spending the precious prospecting hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation is to take the training and make Demandbase part of your morning routine for your sellers.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is a great ABM tool for targeting 1:1, or 1:many accounts. The Demandbase team is always open to answering questions and providing walk throughs on how the platform works.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of different functionalities within the platform that takes time to get accustomed to but this can be resolved with training. Frequently however the platform is slow to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently targeting Account-Based Marketing to penetrate and grow target accounts and better understand where they are searching/what they are looking for. The benefits are yet to be viewed as we are in the pilot stages.

What do you like best about the product?
The real-time data insights regarding my targeted accounts are incredibly helpful. I'm able to make a tailored outreach plan based on the intent prospects are showing and share that with others on my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase hasn't been the most responsive/fast interface. I think generally it works fairly well, but oftentimes can be prone to glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm utilizing demandbase to make smarter decisions in my prospecting plan. I collaborate with my BDR in our weekly 1:1's to determine which accounts to target for our plan of attack.

Specific account insights that link to contacts when possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of information within the platform can be confusing or hard to find. Have lots of self-guided training but never have time to take it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account-based activities and engagement with our brand. Helps us refine our targeting and provide insights to sales.

Great tool for quick and simple page customization

What do you like best about the product?
Really like how easy it is to simply change the content of any HTML element to a customized value using the UI where you can see your web page, and hover over elements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it's simple to customize values, it is mostly limited to text customization. For a more complex page where you want to customize dynamic/interactive elements (with JS), it most likely won't work out-of-the-box since the customization is a script itself, and Demandbase doesn't provide a JS API. You might end up having to write your own API to interface with Demandbase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customizing pages based on the visitor, customizing content for the account/company the visitor belongs to and getting more engagement out of their visit wihtout having to create bespoke landing pages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a quick way to customize a web page with some text pulled from your user's accounts, Demandbase is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase ABM/ABX cloud is very user-friendly. It allows for ease of use while still providing great information to find new accounts or prospects. In addition, the tracking it great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase ABM/ABX cloud is sometimes not able to be personalized, customizable, or configurable as I would like it to be for my territories and acounts. That's my biggest dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase ABM/ABX Cloud solving the ability to understand what prospects/accounts are looking at in order to hone in on what they need from us and how we could be of better service to them.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is an incredible tool to use alongside our contact-based marketing strategy. It gives insights into our prospects' story of engagement in a way that would not otherwise be possible. I'm incredibly thankful that I have access to it and that it integrates into Salesforce!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little bit intimidating for new users, but with proper training and commitment to using the tool in our daily processes, it becomes a powerful tool in their toolbelt in no time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More visibility into current deals in the pipeline, as well as the data over time gives better insight into what's happening from the BDR to AE level in a way that would not otherwise be possible for us.

Demandbase revolutionizes SDR prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
Using Demandbase allows me and the rest of my SDR team insight into what companies and prospects may be interested in our product by tracking who is on our website. Not only does it allow SDR's to target interested prospects before they inbound, but it allows us to find new prospects with slight interest that we would not have seen. Getting in front of the right people can be hard and that is the main upside of using Demandbase. It also allows me to narrow down my outreach to be more specific based on what Demandbase tells me the prospects are looking at.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside of Demandbase is that due to privacy standards, you can not always tell exactly who is on your website. This can lead to wasting time reaching out to a lot of people instead of the proper person. This isn't a specific problem with Demandbase, but it is something to think about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is solving our prospect needs with Demandbase and gaining valuable insights into what companies may be looking for. It helps us to find new accounts and target companies who are already interested in us rather than taking a shot in the dark.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful feature for me is seeing competitive intent and engagement minutes. Helps me sort out potential serious buyers from those who are coming to just browse our site with no intention to buy
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a little slow in our integration to our CRM, Salesforce. The data is a lot easier to access on the web page, but the lag in seeing the data through salesforce is a little annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped us sift through serious buyers and prospects with no true intent on buying. Allows our SDRs to focus on prospecting better for higher qualified prospects.
