Sales Life Saver
What do you like best about the product?
I really love how it gives a bit of a deeper view into who is clicking around on our website, how many total minutes, what pages they are clicking on, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily something that Demand Base can help, but sometimes it shows companies on our website or clicking around, but we can't see who it is. I understand that this is sometimes due to the privacy settings/VPN of that companies network, but it does make it difficult, especially when there could be 50+ contacts on an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time prospecting. I can pull a simple report that shows me each person to contact, what they are viewing, how long they have been on or website, etc.
Admin - I manage all integrations within Demandbase as well as provision and deprovision accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intent data and engagement data that Demandbase supplies our reps with
What do you dislike about the product?
From an admin standpoint we've faced issues with subscriptions being delivered to our reps and we haven't received any clear resolution from the support team. We've also experienced issues with users not being able to login due to complications with google authenticator. We have to submit a support ticket every time this occurs which is tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to equip our team with consolidated reports that include key engagement, account scoring, and other key indicators as to where accounts and contacts are at in the lead lifecycle. This allows sales to action properly and quickly.
Easy to Onboard - Lots to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
The basic process of DB is pretty straight forward so onboarding the platform was fairly easy as a newer marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much in this product that it is very easy to get overwhelmed by the options you have when building list. So. Many. Options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data quality, Marketing to Sales relationships, and easy to pull ROI numbers for leadership
Demandbase takes our ABM strategy to new heights
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase allows for various ways to filter and create a target audience list. Demandbase also provides, through a widget that integrates with Salesforce, a unified view for our sales teams to review intent data and identify the most active accounts.
In addition, the Demandbase team is incredible when it comes to helping us scale our ABM strategy, and they are there to answer any questions we have. The Demandbase team brings extensive knowledge, passion, and ideas, especially since we are an organization that has been using an AMB tool for the very first time. Also, the reporting and analytics are exceptional.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that we don't mainly like are a couple of limitations within the ad campaigns module. For example, once a campaign is live, you can't see the landing page visitors are going to without going through a few awkward steps. In addition, whenever you upload creative to the platform, the landing page you use for that campaign is tied to the creative, so you have to perform a workaround if you want to use that previous creative in a new campaign with a new landing page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our entire ABM strategy with Demandbase. Demandbase makes it easy to manage dynamic target lists straight from our Salesforce CRM as well as through a CSV upload file. We are also reducing reporting complexity through Demandbase's powerful analytics features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using this tool for extensive ad campaigns, make sure you get the personalization module.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create a campaign based on variables that you select from various options.
I like how DB's integration with Salesforce allows you visibility into previous/existing opportunities.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to write something it would be the toggling back and forth in the tabs once an account is selected. Sometimes it kicks you to the main page instead of back to the tabs option.
Also, the selecting of accounts to add to a campaign is not user friendly if you have multiple pages.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DB provides a window into what my customers are looking for. The added benefit is that I am able to access intent information and target customers with relevant solutions that they are researching. In short, DB allows me the best opportunity to get in front of the customer because I am positioning a solution that they are interested in hearing about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The educational section is user friendly and easy for me to navigate. DB training references is a key reason I have continued to use this tool. Sales/marketing representatives use tools they understand and if you don't, DB provides a wealth of information to make sure you have what you need to get there.
A good platform to support your account based marketing needs
What do you like best about the product?
DemandBase has been a very useful platform for running global campaigns with a defined target account list. Additionally, the data DemandBase can provide on target account journey stages is helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform itself can be a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The account helps us successfully run our account-based campaigns. We leverage the advertising tool to serve ads to target accounts showing intent for the solution as well as leverage the account insights and data to enable sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see MQAS show up in the quickcards section. I also like being able to go into individual prospects to see how they've scored. I also like the graph showing what activity the account has over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is a 12 hour sync time between Salesforce and Demandbase. That's very frustrating because I can't get back to prospects in real time.
Also, I don't like how you can't exclude some accounts in Demandbase for showing up for some people and not others. We have accounts where we would like them to show up for an AE (mid stage prospects) vs an SDR.

Problems We solve: Knowing what prospects engage with; scoring of how SDRs should prioritize accounts; scoring of how SDRs should prioritize individual people; I like that the accounts disappear from the quickcard after an SDR builds it out so I know what they are staying on top of

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, left hand navigation, table like interface in main section.

Feel like I am still sifting through a lot of data to arrive at meaning.

Account-based and persona-based marketing.

The weekly notifications and the engagement length

It's VERY glitchy and 6 out of 10 times doesn't load or work. It isn't intuitive to run reports on your own accounts and lack of data at the contact level

Engagement of prospects with content, competitive intel and reaching out "why you why now"
Deep, broad product with excellent rep service and some practical limitations
What do you like best about the product?
The level of insight into what individuals and companies are doing - actions that you specify and that Demandbase then tracks - is really impressive. Also the customer service from our rep has been exemplary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem is that tracking individual (as opposed to companies) requires that each individual engages with your company directly (leave a name and email, request further information, join a webinar, etc) before any behavior by that person can be tracked. Until the person does that, you'll only have company-level insight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're launching a new product and Demandbase is helping us find high-value customers to contact. So far Demandbase has helped us to pick those companies and, when used in conjunction with other tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to triangulate who the individuals are we'd be most successful in contacting.
