Top Notch Process
What do you like best about the product?
Everything with DemandBase is thought out, planned, and then executed. Their support has been excellent at moving us through stages of implementation and integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously, the price is steep and the set-up time is extensive, but it makes sense that is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Top tier ABM
Great tool but needs improved UX
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it shows you the journey that prospects took and that you can customize the score particular actions receive. I also like that it syncs with SFDC so that it can pull data from there as well as your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the chrome extension was able to work on LinkedIn and LI Nav. It also feels a bit clunky in the tool trying to navigate back to home for example after going into a particular company. Also, trying to do a search for a different company doesn't feel seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase helps you identify which companies and prospects that are engaging with your website and company as a whole. It helps focus on who to reach out to. It has allowed our company to switch to an account-based approach vs geo territories.

It is a strong tool, but make sure that it is the best fit for your situation.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall dashboard of all of my accounts which breaks down those that are most engaged, newly engaged, and most likely to convert to an opportunity has been incredibly helpful for breaking down how to prioritize my book of business and where to dedicate my energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, generally, it's a fantastic tool. There is a lot of data that it gives you, which can take time to analyze and interpret - it could be great if they provided specific suggestions on actions to take based on the data it's capturing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for how to prioritize your book of business, finding warm accounts and prospects in order to contact that at the right time and with the information that's most relevant to them. The biggest benefit is how easily we're able to know exactly what our prospects are looking into regarding products similar to ours and to be able to reach out to them when they're warm.

Portal is slow sometimes to load so it slows down the team on leveraging.

What do you like best about the product?
Good information on what your customers or prospects are looking. Does this by showing intent, key search words, how many minutes the topic was researched etc.
There are simple layouts with good graphs that you can use to see what your customers are looking at online. This helps spark conversations with your customer for business challenges they are looking to solve and can initiate new meetings if your company sells services that can resolve those business challenges. This is also good to be able to provide proactive information for what your customer is looking for.

What do you dislike about the product?
I work for a big company so searching for my account deck in the search bar takes a few seconds to load. It also seems like lag and most of the time doesn't work when I click back to go to the previous page. It usually sticks to the same page you're already on. E.g. I'm on company X, I click back to go to all my accounts but then it sticks on company X landing page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting, getting new information, finding new ideas for conversation or emails. This helps increase opportunities which leads to producing more revenue which lets meet my quota.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't expect to see which exact person looked at certain links or exact product pages from 3rd party websites. This gives a good indicator if the company is looking at certain services or technology
Great product and service
What do you like best about the product?
They have a lot of contact data across many industries. The list feature is easy to use, and you're not double-charged for exporting contacts that you've already exported. The best part is that the system allows user updates (with quality checking).
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any database, there are duplicate entries and accounts. The list matching connects with only one account per item so that you may miss contacts under a different account name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company can get a wide variety of data quickly and easily, resulting in a higher turnaround for our projects. Our productivity has doubled since we started using Demandbase.

It does give great insight into the type of challenges the customers is having by reviewing what they are looking for. its good stuff and helps prioritize outbound propsoecting.

customer service, seems to be breaking down constantly and csm's are not as knowledgable and cannot answer questions.
