What do you like best about the product?
Confidence in the brand. Always good to see Deloitte associated with an offering.

Can be inimidating or perhaps overwhelming to get started

Basically tiering of accounts and prioritization, as well as go-to-market strategy

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems I am solving is that I dont have to go looking for who has gone to our website. Benefits include booking meetings from DemandBase
Great information on who is engaging with the information being sent out.
What do you like best about the product?
Great information on what each prospect is doing with the info sent their way. Knowing who to prospect into makes the cold calling a little easier when you know who is engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still finding a way to make sure that each person visiting the websites is labeled with names. Lots of information is located on the website via mobile and a lot of times we can't find who that is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KNowing who to engage with makes things so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to uncover companies that are interested in topics that surround my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless integrations are properly set up you won't get the most out of Demandbase.

Demandbase helps me target companies at the right time who are interested in topics related to my organization.
For Marketers, not Sellers
What do you like best about the product?
captures tons of valuable site behavior and helps you better understand your audience, track specific lead behaviors, and drive inbound leads. However, not really designed for sales teams to leverage, which was a driving part in why we moved forward and we're not getting the full value by not spending much on ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering in the platform could really be improved. I'm fairly analytical and build reporting used across the org, but it's not easy or unintuitive to build non-standard reports in DB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can better track leads from various sources and see what content types they engage with on our website. View which campaigns are most effective at driving downstream metrics.
Insightful Tool, Invested Account Management Team
What do you like best about the product?
DB has allowed us to increase our insights into our marketing efforts while decreasing our sales cycle.

What do you dislike about the product?
Anything that I've disliked has shifted into a positive. DB's Product Team is very receptive to all feedback, and I trust that they take all recommendations into serious consideration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're looking to increase the likelihood that our targeted prospects will purchase our product.
Great Tool for leveraging data
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is third-party data and we can track the intent for our accounts in order to build out meaningful campaigns. There are so many features and ways that the tool can be leveraged.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues yet, with Demandbase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Demandbase to track the intent of our customers for specific projects. We can identify net new opportunities, build current relationships and use the data from DB to create segmentations.

Definately a great tool for ABM

What do you like best about the product?
Insights into our current customers along with helping to evaluate where our focus should be as an organization in regards to prospecting. The integration with current CRM system for sellers to leverage insights and not have to go into the platform is also an added benefit. Also strong integration between our MarTech platform and CRM Systems have helped to create workflows that assist with our ABM and Account targeting efforts and not having to go to another piece of software in regards to a DSP with is being contained within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall been a good experience - would say some aspects with the DSP platforms on ease of PO management probably is the primary aspect that comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple areas - ABM/Account focus - Understanding Cross-Sell Opportunities within current customers - focused marketing spend on companies fitting our ideal client profile as well as ability to target those $$ within specific areas of organization - sizing potential opportunity statement in geographies, industries, etc.
Robust Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The granular insights and integration with Salesforce allows us to take ABM to the next level. Additionally, I really like the automation features that Demandbase offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information we receive can be very overwhelming. Furthermore, I think there is a lot more opportunity for the advertising platform. I would like to see advance target features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase ABX Cloud allows us to share account activity with internal stakeholders and enable them to take actions based on that information. Demandbase's platform makes this process very easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ABX
DemandBase is irreplaceable for account based advertising and marketing!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to determine what companies are spending time on our website, where they are spending time and how likely they are to convert. Allowing marketing to build account lists to handoff to sales in a digestable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to build exportable dashboards or reports to prevent having to set up separate accounts for users to be able to view platform dashboards within the DemandBase portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The days of reviewing analytics based on pageviews and users are gone. DemandBase allows us to focus on specific accounts that have spent time on our site or are likely to convert.
