Demandbase/Insideview Target & Insight
What do you like best about the product?
This SaaS tool is very simple to use, you don't need to install any new application so ready to go from day 1. The interface has some room for improvement, but the team is very attentive and supportive whenever we have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for Insideview Target, If the tool has a simple way to keep track of what criteria of contacts we exported, that will be easier to manage our lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time for prospecting contacts in our target markets, especially for some niche markets we are in. Also it has many useful functions to get insights of potential customers that we can't easily access, tremendously saving our time and resource.
Demandbase makes Account Intelligence possible!
What do you like best about the product?
Access to intent data! 3rd party, 2nd party, and 1st party intent, and it all lives in one platform. Love that you are able to categorize your target accounts in specific buyer journey stages based on all types of engagements. I do not think you can do that without a tool like Demandbase. And if you are able to, it would be super manual.
It is also the tool that supports our Marketing and Sales alignment. Through the email digest feature, Marketing is able to help Sales prioritize any accounts showing specific levels of engagements and it definitely helps the Sales team to leave cold calling in the past and start prioritizing accounts based on account intelligence.
The cherry on top for me is the advertising piece. The CTR from our personalized GDN ads is way higher than any other channel. The results are not only because of the personalization feature but more than anything because you are able to build your target audience for the ad based on specific behaviours. This allows you to trigger personalized ads to the right account at the right time, with the right message.

Demandbase is a tool with a TON of data and as a Marketer you want to explore all the data. I don't know about you but when I dive into the data I love opening new tabs whenever I click on anything. This is not possible in Demandbase and it is something that I can overlook because of how amazing the tool is, but I do dislike it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to segment our named accounts and build campaigns that would be relevant to where they were in the buyer journey stage. As we built more engagements with our named accounts, we needed to make sure sellers prioritized Marketing qualified accounts and contacts showing a high level of engagement.
Demandbase made it possible for Marketing to target campaigns based on buyer journey stages and specific account behaviours that helped us move accounts down the funnel and generate pipeline. Sales became more efficient as a result of account prioritization by using account intelligence.

Great tool for anything ABM
What do you like best about the product?
Great features that help me get my job done!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be a bit slow with can be a bit frustrating.

Best platform for Account Based Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking intent at a very early stage of the buying cycle helps our BDR and sales team to reach out to the right people inside any company when they just started looking for the solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a big fan of ad solutions of Demandbase; it is a little expensive and not connected to the Google Ad platform yet. I also have the integration-related issue from time to time, but that is not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intent recognition, aggregation of all engagements at the account level, orchestration, and comprehensive analytics and reporting. Salespeople know where to spend time to get the best outcome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a one-stop-shop for all ABM needs.
Used InsideView for Market and lead search and prepared lead report in the sales force!!
What do you like best about the product?
If someone wants to know more about company firmographic and demographic details for market research then this is another best tool after Zoominfo. We should give free access to some data points(my suggestion).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes data accuracy and data quality is the biggest concern while using this tool. 8 years back while I was using this tool for my lead research the data has some limitations and some given data are outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned like Company size, Revenue, CXO level details, Company presence, etc could easily find out from these tools. Same data I could relate/comprises with LinkedIn and then do data enrichment for my lead research.
Insideview is Very Strong In Terms of Competitors
What do you like best about the product?
I love the aspect of the breakdown of the metrics of the insights of each company, profile and also in addition news & social media. I use many types of software similar to Insideview but I find it to be the better solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislike is the learning curve takes some time. I wish my company currently utilized it, and it needs to make a more at the front approach to be the gold standard of searching and researching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized the solutions found are for personalization and doing your due diligence for company breakdown. As someone in tech sales, having our profile and knowledge is part of the time and equation. I respect the compiled resources all in one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend more companies start utilizing Insideview compared to the alternative.

Cloud-centric approach and easy to navigate UI.

Contacts should list differences between them (ABX Cloud, Sales Intelligence Cloud, etc.).

Very helpful to seeing which companies are on your site.
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it really easy to see which firms are on our website, and it even shows what pages they are visiting. The automated reports are a very useful feature as well to see at a glance what is happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's fairly difficult to get set up and learn. That being said, there is a lot of training that is out there, but its not a very intuitive software when it comes to setting up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into who was on our site, and where they were going was minimal, and being able to see which firms have enabled us to reach out to potential prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Insidevidw provides end to end marketing solutions. From making it ideal customer profiles, to enriching data, through creating targeted marketing lists. They turk are a complete marketing suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data can be tricky. They're wonderful for company data, and large companies, but when it comes to small companies or targeting individuals contact data they're not the strongest.
