What do you like best about the product?
In earlier roles, I had used both Engagio and Demandbase to plan and execute ABM programs. I would use Engagio predominantly for reporting and Demandbase for building account lists, website personalization, and targeted ads. I'd use both platforms for account prioritization. What I love best is that I now only have to access one platform for all of my planning, executing, and reporting of ABM programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to change engagement minute configurations for different parts of the organization (e.g., different sales territories, sales vs. customer success engagement scores, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are transitioning to an account-focused organization as a whole, so Demandbase is helping our sales organization acclimate themselves with their new lists/territories and better understand what matters to their accounts. It is also helping our marketers measure the success of their programs with new, account-focused KPIs like engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to login anytime and see the current 1st and 3rd party trends associated to the key accounts we're going after. And being able to serve ads to these accounts based on that information is a really great flow for us to go to market with. We're also just starting to use the automated sales team alerts to get our MDR and Sales team more into the account trend data too, so they can prioritize their day with the key insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it isn't easy to keep track of all your ABM lists and Ad campaigns in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the platform in a few ways that really help us. Since we run in a 1 to many ABM approach, it's great to have a tool that can help uncover certain accounts over others that may be showing a higher level of interest in a topic area we want to sell into them. From there we can take approaches to prioritize and send campaigns out to higher interest accounts, and craft messages based on keywords or themes the accounts is showing interest in.

Really useful for seeing latest news and updates on the company I am targetting.

Not very practical when it comes to integrating client data on to our Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Watchlist email notifications. If something happens with my account, whether it's an annual meeting, a press release, or even an article published, I get news of it every morning.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit noisy when there are a lot of notifications set up. When dealing with Canadian companies, I find that sometimes I only get an American perspective on industry trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to be able to stay on top of activities that may occur with my accounts. Having a watchlist set up I automatically get notified when something is going on.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the news feeds the best. Brings the news to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can't find contact info. No other downsides so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the way it aggregates the news for keys accounts. This has allowed me to engage with customers and prospects in a more informed way.

Great POV and insights in an efficient manner

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can see an entire overview of any account within my patch. Great to collect quick data points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be outdated, but overall, it has been mostly up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I'm looking to solve are a quick POV of an account before I call into it. I've realized that InsideView does assist in news stories and also data points such as employee count.

What do you like best about the product?
The quickview of basic company information integrated into Salesforce along with the ability to upload my account base to create targeted lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
That Inside view is only integrated into the main account page of Salesforce. The majority of my time is spent on the Opportunities tab of salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to work faster and target more valuable accounts as a salesperson. Rather than using a list of accounts my company gives me in Excel, I can utilize Insideview to show me an organized list based on revenue size, employee size etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Insideview can connect to LinkedIn but you have to update that list continually
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to our previous solution Zoominfo, Insideview:
-Significantly less contact data from mobile phone numbers to emails. (its not even close, especially when looking at verfied data - Insideview has around 30%)
-UX/UI design is not end user friendly - it seems the tool was builtfor bulk uploads by marketing but is terrible in every other situation.
-Doesn't integrate well with salesforce - we are constly recieving errors and the tool always seems to have some type of api issue they are working through
