What do you like best about the product?
Is an excellent source of information when you are trying to get to know your customer, it is very comprehensive, and it's up to date. I love the information about the Industry that includes the Challenges, Trends and Call Prep.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information about the industry is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is great to get to know a customer and when you are preparing an account plan. It saves you time since you can find all the information you need in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love getting key insights into cold leads so that when I prospect into them I understand their business much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that the data is not 100 percent accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The more details I have at my fingertips the better. This tool saves me lots of time - I only have to go to one site for these details instead of multiple places.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a tool like this attached to your CRM makes you more knowledgeable about your client, who is in top management, and the trends of their company. If you take 5 minutes to see the news and the updates, you will have all the tools you need to be a top seller
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike at all. I don't have anything to say against it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who to reach is key and to be able to update our contacts directly is a big time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of getting company and contact information to include relevant data fields/content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some companies do not exist. However can be added easiy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New company and contact information can be added to Salesforce. This solves a huge problem to find via Google, LinkedIn etc. Contacts with email address, office and often mobile phone are accessible quickly with the InsideView overlay.

I like it that it helps me find new companies to prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the contact information is very outdated. Some of the people listed havent even worked for the company in the last 5 or more years.
There could be more updated contact information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need inside view to prospect, add new companies to salesforce, and to find new ones to prospect

What do you like best about the product?
-USER-INTERFACE IS CLEAN, SIMPLE TO NAVIGATE, AND INTUITIVE

What do you dislike about the product?
I am not lying (thus far) when I say nothing is there to dislike for me at this point. Which is quite a nice change of pace for tools like these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving obvious needs, being a dependable Account Based Marketing structure, setting up and managing our ICP's, and in my opinion, most importantly, the highly valuable customer sales insights readily available across SFDC & the Scout plug-in to supercharge the BDR's and AE's selling powers.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase allows me to automate my territory plans. It provides good reporting and analytics so I can be more focused and targeted with my prospect communications along their interests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall very little to dislike. While the interface is fairly intutitive it things can always be improved to provide an easier customer experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation. It has benefited me by helping move my target accounts in the pipeline and help find outlier accounts that are coming to market.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of detail you are able to get to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating reports can take some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is tremendous to for me to help my inside sales team know exactly who needs to be targeted. Also it helps be to know how I am doing in my later stage deals. Who are they searching and are they visiting our sites.
