Early days with Demandbase but already seeing the value
What do you like best about the product?
As a new user of Demandbase, I’ve found the platform to be incredibly valuable—especially as our entire marketing department begins to adopt it more broadly. One of the most helpful aspects has been the ability to share user experiences and best practices across our team. This collaborative approach, combined with group training sessions, has made onboarding smoother and more impactful.
What stands out most is how Demandbase enables us to not only track the performance of our own campaigns but also gain visibility into broader market intent signals. This has been particularly beneficial for our channel partners, like the content team, who can now align their strategies based on real-time insights from both our efforts and those of other companies.
The platform’s ability to surface account-level data and intent signals has already started to influence how we prioritize outreach and tailor messaging. While I’m still exploring all the features, the early results are promising, and I’m excited to see how deeper integration across teams will enhance our marketing effectiveness.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user, one thing I’ve noticed is that some of the more niche or specialized data—especially around certain technologies or markets—can be a bit limited. It would also be great to explore more of the platform’s features (like the book of business) without needing to go through a sales team for a demo. These aren’t deal-breakers, but they’re areas where I think Demandbase could improve the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scattered and incomplete account data - problem is teams often struggle with fragmented data across platforms making it hard to get a full picture of target accounts. I am working towards having centralized account and contact data so the my team and channel partners can work from the same source of truth.
Great for ABM, Just Needs a Speed Boost
What do you like best about the product?
It made it easy to see which companies were interested in us, and we could build really focused retargeting lists based on how engaged they were. It's also super helpful for finding our most important accounts and the specific people we should be talking to.
Their advertising features are also good and helped us reach the right folks. On top of that, it works really well with tools we already use, like Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
And the support team is always there to help when we need them.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside we've noticed is that the software can occasionally be a bit slow to load pages.

Demandbase helped track which companies are actually interested in what we offer. It helped us focus our efforts on the best potential customers and not waste time on others.

Helps in understanding high potential leads. Helps gauge quality of the lead. Can help in BDRs reaching out to Leads proactively.

Doesn’t use AI as much. Looking forward to newer version with more AI features.

Helping identifying right kind of leads that helps us build focus groups.
Demandbase One of the better data intent tools
What do you like best about the product?
It helps organize accounts by intent and shows lots of intent signals, integrates with salesforce and give me a "starting place" when prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can seem reactive rather than proactive. If i'm heavily targeting an account, they inevitably end up on Demandbase the following week.

A Must have for B2B companies - A Marketing Hack
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is straight forward and is easy to use when it comes to setting up campaigns and also tracking each campaign. Journey Stages and other features are really helpful as we can track accounts at each journey stage / level of the sales journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the filtering option can get tricky to use especially when connected to CRMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now that we have Demandbase we are able to track intent keywords and other key information regarding an account or a person and what they are looking for and helping us in targeting the persona / account with relevant ads and other campaigns to convert them from different stages in the journey stage.

What do you like best about the product?
its ability to bring together intent data, account intelligence, and orchestration tools into one unified platform. It significantly streamlines the way our sales and marketing teams identify and prioritize target accounts. The customizable dashboards make reporting and tracking campaigns more insightful and actionable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Demandbase One is that the learning curve can be quite steep, especially for new users or smaller teams without a dedicated operations expert
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using the platform, our team struggled with fragmented data and targeting efforts that lacked focus. Demandbase One brings together intent data, firmographics, and real-time engagement insights, allowing us to prioritize high-potential accounts more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I use almost exclusively DB for Marketing. Love the power of the tool and the support (our CSM is great). Filters, report, dashboard, users setting... : quite easy to master. It is my daily companion. On DB for Sales, I like the AI Summary, very promissing to sum-up all the account's activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is not 100% accurate. We need a strong technical support, internally but also on DB side. Still having some plugin troubles between DB and Outreach. We need an internal champion to onboard and enbale the other teams. On my side (marketing), I still need to check and match DB <> Salesforces <> Hubspot data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping for our ABM's strategy, identifying precious insights for example marketing's action plan timing or direction.

What do you like best about the product?
Thier integation part, specially with the CRM, and leading sales outreach tools like "Outreach".

What do you dislike about the product?
Contact details for employees to connect with the company should be improved. For example, if I am searching for people in the XYZ company, I have limited details of their contact information (email and phone).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the great help I am getting from Demandbase is its insights, which are so segregated for Accounts I should reach out to, Accounts that have more engagement, Accounts in different buying stages, and so on all with the leverage of using AI. It is helping me identify when, where, and who to reach out to, giving the exact reason for my reach out that results in some positive response.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Demandbase One allows me to prioritize my outreach by providing clear intent signals and insights on which accounts are showing interest. The ability to see who is visiting our website and when greatly enhances my strategic planning for outbound outreach by indicating which accounts and prospects require my focus. Additionally, learning to use Demandbase One was straightforward, and setting up my own account was a seamless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Slack notifications from Demandbase One lacking in precision and clarity. They could be more concise and organized to provide a more holistic view by combining the same accounts together. Additionally, I'm not completely confident in the accuracy of these notifications.

Demandbase One helps me prioritize outreach by showing account intent, allowing me to focus on key prospects. Its intent signals and visitor tracking features provide critical insights into who is viewing our website.
Great ABM platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to push programmatic to people within specific accounts and measure their activity. Strong engagement measurement capabilities and good reporting platform. Good customer service with reps who are willing to dig into ways to make the platform more useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pricey, with additional fees for the Sales aspect of the tool. Can be difficult to integrate if you have a complicated CRM setup with dirty data.

It's helping us reach our target audience with programmatic ads and helps us determine account engagement with our website.
