Great Product!

What do you like best about the product?
Love the insights that I get right inside of Salesforce, contacts, news, competitive intelligence, and industry information about each account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are contacts missing however that is in every system like this. So for the most partner I'm actually getting more in insideview because of all of the competitive, news and industry information beyond the contacts. Insideview not only helps me gain access but once I'm in an account help in the sales preparation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account Intelligence information all in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I found insideview to provide more information than their competitors who only provide contacts. The SFDC integration is so much better. I was so happy with my switch from zoominfo to Insideview!

Fantastic tool for new biz teams

What do you like best about the product?
Employees contact info and search by title. Updates on activities for the account
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not use as much the profitability information, but I can see value in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying the right contact within organizations I am targeting as part of my new logo partnership pursuits.

Great Addition to the Team

What do you like best about the product?
The Insideview Customer Success team has been a great addition to providing clarity in our data and sales process. After having gone through a recent merger, we had a lot of convoluted data that we needed clarity on. Within 2 weeks of implementing Insideview we verified the areas where we needed to focus our attention. The Customer Success Team of Dan and Anantha are always available to answer any questions quickly and accurately, and feel like they've always been part of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
With anything, we've hit a couple of unexpected bumps which have required engineering to get involved. This wasn't something that could have been foreseen, and the response has exceeded expectations, but it just wasn't in the plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest, and most immediate impact Insideview had with our Sales process was in identifying duplicate entries in our CRM. This saved us time and money between our CRM and marketing platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with reach database. Newsfeed coming directly to my inbox every morning makes sure I stay on top of all my accounts. Helps to build stronger relations and use emerging opportunities before the competition does.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contact entries and company data tend to be outdated or not reliable. Before reaching out you need to use a second source to confirm validity/up-to-date of the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With InsideView we are building a list of prospective companies to target, then further drilling down to the key stakeholders to reach out to. We track our competitors as well, staying on top of the latest market developments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out the Sales Pro first to see if this is the right tool for you. You might quickly find yourself looking at the higher tier packages.

Piloting InsideView & so far so good

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is excellent. Since I'm going through a pilot, the InsideView team helps with the learning path, is open to suggestions for how to improve the user experience, and their customer support is very helpful. I find the application to be easy to use and the process I'm going through now is evaluating how it compares to similar applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not anything I dislike - I'm getting used to the application still yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a "hunter" in sales so am constantly looking for information about companies, as well as people within them. Tools like InsiderView are crucial to my every day needs.

Great tool for growing account contacts

What do you like best about the product?
I have found the quality of the data to be quite good and the integration to salesforce.com to be very easy. Yesterday I used a phone number that was plugged in from InsideView and the Top level Exec actually answered his phone. Turns out it was his cell phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. Its working fine. I like it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Refreshing phone numbers was my main task. With the pandemic in play, I needed more cell phone numbers and fresh titles.

Great Customer Support!

What do you like best about the product?
Insideview offers great 24X7 support. They have been very helpful in our project implementation in setting up hierarchies, building reports, etc. It provides seamless integration with Salesforce. We use it regularly to research companies, identify key decision makers in targeted organizations, get information on things like latest news stories etc. I would recommend buying this tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get a better understanding of the tool but support has been very helpful to bring us up to speed.

Know when your first party website visitors come and to where

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can see a target account start to engage with us, how frequent, who from the account is engaging (provided we already know who they are (first party data). I can also see where they are consuming information on our site so we can serve up personalized topic of interest in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aside from first party data visitors, I don't have visibility into the anonymous website visitors, which takes up the majority of the web visits. If there is a way to at least know how many visitors are coming to your site from any account, at least you can gauge project interest and opportunity potential for the top visitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Engagio to see if my target accounts and ideal personas are coming to our website and how long are they staying with us. This allows us to know if the website is a sticky place for the visitors to want to hang around in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a look at the size of your first party data compared to anonymous visitors, and see if Engagio has a place in your organization to gain visibility into the known visitors coming to your site. I.e., if you have a new company website, and do not have many form submits or known visitors, using Engagio will not help you much in terms of site visit insights.
