InsideView is my Go-to tool for Sales Intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
Account verification, including revenue, employee count, address, contact numbers. Easy target list creation
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts are not as up-to-date as LinkedIn, but it's getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IV helps me reduce duplicate account creation. Our BizDev team can move much more quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it! It's 99% on the money with Accounts, but only 70% with contacts...check contacts against LinkedIn to determine currency.
Insideview
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it pulls information from all over the world not just in my area. Some accounts are based originally in other parts of the US so it’s extremely convenient that it pulls information from everywhere. I also love that there’s information about companies (I.e the main contacts name and title)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I’m given the option to create a new account based off of failed search results and sometimes I’m not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to make prospecting from my seat at work a possibility!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the Watchlist s well as other features like the ability to add a lead or account to your profile with just the click of a button.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and labeled, you don't get lost with the information provided by the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel titles are not updated quickly enough but I am not sure how the data is supplied to keep an accurate database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in charge of updating contacts for my company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use combined keywords when searching for a specific user: title, name of the company, first name, etc.
Accuracy and ease of use have been changed and not for the better
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Salesforce is excellent, and I love most of the information as well. It was perfect until lately. Changes on searches to pull lists have changed, making it harder to pull lists and search large sets of data. They are not accurate in all verticals. 90% in some and 20% in others
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the bundles are packaged 1st of all, could solve most of my issues. Who pulls, what is pulled, what has changed in the way they need to be pulled etc. Then there are the items above, but it seems like these growing pains will make or break the company fast—current outlook - unchanged and on the fence watching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting info quickly and in the right verticals, it is better info than expected. The constant changes are causing fields to reset and then I pull lists with no emails and/or phone and the keyword entry is terrible. The way it is packaged and licenses don't fit with our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the company overview and the insights tab can be quite helpful. Sometimes when existing technologies are available we use them often for research before reaching out to prospects. The integration with Salesforce allows us to have an InsideView window at the account level and see relevant information about our customer. Trends are super helpful in just understanding some of the challenges they may face.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be out of date and a little inaccurate capturing subsidiaries and parent companies. I also find some of the prep call questions to be generic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today I use InsideView for account research, competitive landscape and for company news I can use in my prospecting. It's important find the connections via other integrations that might help get introductions or relevant references. InsideView creates a fairly comprehensive view which reduces my time for research.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get this integrated with your CRM. These products as standalone tools are great, but their true power starts to unleash itself when its integrated into the CRM's we manage

What do you like best about the product?
InsideView was the first tool I learned how to use when I stepped into my role. I like that it is very basic, user friendly and simple to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
After I got comfortable with InsideView I started to realize that basic does not make your job easier to complete. When searching for an organization it was a 50/50 chance that it would come up. If it did, another 50/50 that it had employees listed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to solve the problem of not having company demographics and revenue. It benefited because it was an easy go to instead of having to search on the web.
Great tool for generating new leads
What do you like best about the product?
InsideView has accurate and updated information on executives that I need to contact. I like how InsideView integrates with Salesforce;
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing really that I dislike about using InsideView.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to make connections within companies with little to no resistance from "gate keepers". InsideView is a great tool for anyone in sales.
Marketing Genius
What do you like best about the product?
Engagio allows me to save what triggers I search for. Easily replicating across the other accounts I support. Talk about plug and play.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't truly dislike anything. Maybe the abundance of information sometimes you have to sift through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sometimes get too many emails, but that is my own fault for setting up the alerts. I have 100% been better at finding new reasons to connect with my prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When breaking down barriers with accounts. Use the reports and speak in generalities. You will gain credibility as you share what is valuable to the account.

The integration with Salesforce is what i love most and how it helps different businesses on easy targeting of perfect buyers and also on discovering some new markets.
InsideView allow user to simply update the running accounts, as well as new accounts importation and the records updating flows very nice with InsideView.
The tool enables the user on easy building of exporting lists, nice targeting ability and the technical support team is very active.

No problem at all. InsideView is the easiest platform to set up, even to the new users and quickly start doing good things with the product.

Effective targeting, leading us to the best insights and easy accessing updated information through the software.
