NITRC's Computational Environment (NITRC-CE) allows researchers to use Amazon's Elastic Compute Cluster (EC2) to compute against the federated data in NITRC's Image Repository or their own research data. Neuroscientists can quickly derive results by using our virtualized computing platform pre-configured with popular analysis tools and built on the NeuroDebian operating system.
