    Chatwoot is an open-source, self-hosted customer engagement suite. Chatwoot lets you view and manage your customer data, communicate with them irrespective of which medium they use, and re-engage them based on their profile.

    Chatwoot supports the following conversation channels:

    Website: Talk to your customers using our live chat widget and make use of our SDK to identify a user and provide contextual support.     This ami packages chatwoot version 3.15.0. The UI will be accessible at http://<your-external-ip>:3000.

    Be sure to ssh into the server and

    1. Configure the necessary environment variables.
    2. Install a webserver like Nginx and setup SSL/TLS.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Chatwoot cloud sofware is useful for my organisation because it is very highly confidential maintain the chats and data and otherwise use the storage also. then it is very easily and quickly learn the software.

    There is no major dislike for this software or this website some network issue will occue at a support team will reslove the problem.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Sometimes any information to share the all at a time so facing the problem then we use the chatwoot software any information to share the livechat to all group member so we reslove the problem.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the fact that it is most reliable when you need it the most of your daily activities and when you can get things done as soon as possible.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One thing I did not like was some of the glitch functionalities I had to encounter while using the platform.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It consolidates customer interactions across multiple channels (email, chat, social media) into one platform, making it easier for support teams to manage conversations.
