Overview

The PwC for Amazon Connect assessment delivers an industry specific, customer persona analysis in combination with leveraging PwC's Amazon Connect industry template to deliver an operational PoC allowing our clients to "test drive" and validate their call center automation & AI business benefits case. This assessment includes the following phases:

  1. Assess: Collaborate to define use cases, establish metrics, and conduct a comprehensive TCO and maturity analysis 2.Lay the foundation: Build with PwC Industry and Amazon Connect solution best practices within a PoC environment
  2. Bring to life: Immerse your people in the experience to validate your use cases 4.Design Framework: Design a migration solution for your contact centre environment to meet your specific requirements

At the end of this 6-week assessment PwC will demonstrate a functional working Amazon Connect Solution to validate your business case and serve as the foundation of your implementation landscape capable of expansion into productive use.
