Matterport Capture Services is a fully managed solution that enables customers to order and receive Matterport digital twins for any property anywhere in the world. Customers purchasing through the AWS Marketplace can order the service through enterprise pre-committed spend packages and a trained member of Matterport’s Capture Services network will scan your space for you.

Matterport’s Model Merge, formerly called “Stitching”, combines up to 6 stand-alone Matterport 3D models into a single space so that the area is in one dollhouse with a single URL. Customers may request model merge for the following reasons: They scanned a large property multiple times in sections and want to merge the models together. Alignment issues occurred during the scanning process. They want visitors to be able to virtually walk from one scanned space to another scanned space within the same property--such as another floor without an interconnecting stairwell or a detached structure.

Matterport BIM service converts Matterport digital twins into BIM-ready, as-built models. Customers can import these into Autodesk Revit or other commonly used BIM software to plan their builds or renovations. With Matterport’s BIM service, teams no longer need to take measurements or create their own BIM models. With this turnkey service, teams are free from tedious manual work and can instead focus on achieving powerful business results. The Matterport BIM File is for those who work in the AEC space (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction).

Included in the BIM (Building Information Modeling) package are: .RVT file (compatible with Revit 2020 and newer) .DWG (Floor Plan) .DWG (Reflected Ceiling Plan) .IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) .RCS (ReCap Scan, a point cloud)

Schematic Floor Plans are an add-on service that creates a floor plan from a Matterport 3D space. 2D floor plans showcase any property's dimensions and layout, making it easy for viewers to grasp the spatial arrangement and flow. Receive your floor plans in .PNG, .PDF, and .SVG file formats.
